Claims (1)
- 固定部に取り付けられ、その固定部からの張り
出し部に露光用の開口を有する固定台板と、この
固定台板に傾動自在に支持され、前記固定台板の
開口に沿うように一対の腕部を張り出した可動台
板と、この可動台板にほぼ水平位置に保たれるよ
う傾動自在に支持され、下面がパターンマスク吸
着面をなすとともに、露光用開口を有するマスク
保持部と、前記可動台板の支持軸の位置に対して
前記開口とは反対側で前記可動台板に弾発力を上
向きに作用させるように設けられた弾性手段と、
前記マスク保持部に保持されたパターンマスクと
被焼付け部材との接触に際し前記マスク保持部に
作用する押圧力を検出する押圧力検出用センサと
を備えたことを特徴とするマスクホルダー。
