Claims (1)
- 試料をホールドするホルダーに取付軸を固定し
、前記取付軸を取付枠に貫通させるとともに、前
記取付軸の先端に固定したアームと前記取付枠と
の間にバネを介在させ、前記バネの弾力によつて
前記ホルダーを前記取付枠の表面に押し付けるよ
うにし、また前記ホルダーを左右に移動させる移
動機構を設けてなる試料位置調整装置。
