Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光源２からの光を取込む第１のポート１ａと、
前記光を基準器３あるいは被測定物４に対し出射
する第２のポート１ｃと、前記光の供給に基づい
て出力される前記基準器あるいは被測定物からの
反射光を出力する第３のポート１ｄとを有する光
方向性結合器１と；前記第３のポートより出力さ
れる反射光を受光検出する受光器５と；該受光器
の検出結果得られる前記基準器と被測定物の反射
量の比較演算を行う演算部６とを備えた光反射測
定装置において、 前記光方向性結合器の第２のポートと前記規準
器あるいは被測定物との間には、屈折率が異なる
フアイバが多段に組合わされて構成された偏光抑
制フアイバ７が設けられていることを特徴とする
光反射測定装置。
