Claims (1)
- 光源と、反射面が所定の間隔で対向配置され前
記光源からの入射光が前記反射面間で反射を繰り
返した後出射するように形成された基準間隔と、
この基準間隔への入射光と基準間隔からの出射光
をそれぞれ検出する２つの光検出部とで構成され
、前記基準間隔内の流体の屈折率変化による光路
の角度変化を検出して流体の屈折率を測定するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする屈折率測定装置。
