た。 In this type of seaweed production equipment, the seaweed cage after the seaweed is peeled off at the seaweed peeling station is then sent to the seaweed cutting station by intermittent rotation of the conveyor chain and used for seaweed cutting again. Therefore, if small pieces of seaweed or torn seaweed (hereinafter collectively referred to as seaweed slag) remain on the surface of the seaweed cage after the seaweed has been peeled off, this seaweed slag will be used as the next seaweed. There were serious problems in that the quality of seaweed products deteriorated significantly due to adhesion, and errors in sheeting the seaweed occurred, leading to a decrease in productivity. Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, conventionally, in this type of nori manufacturing equipment, the nori cage was cleaned by spraying high-pressure water onto the nori cage at an intermediate station between the nori peeling station and the nori cutting station. The screen cleaning device was published in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 77993/1983 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-
This is proposed by Publication No. 28290. However,
In this type of cage cleaning device, the seaweed slag remaining in the seaweed cage after stripping the seaweed hardens as it dries and sticks strongly to the surface of the cage, so the jetting pressure of the water applied to the seaweed cage must be set to a considerably high pressure. However, there is a problem that it is not possible to clean thoroughly even with high pressure,
The problem is that relatively expensive equipment with large horsepower is required, or when the injection pressure is too high, the mist-like spray generated by high-pressure injection can adversely affect the quality of the product seaweed that has been stripped of the seaweed in the previous process. It was hot too.

るものである。 Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and after immersing the seaweed cage after peeling the seaweed in water in an aquarium, the water-soaked seaweed cage is transported to soften the remaining seaweed slag in the seaweed cage. However, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for cleaning a seaweed basin in a seaweed production apparatus, which allows the seaweed basin to be almost completely cleaned by pouring water onto the seaweed basin and washing away the seaweed slag.

Reference numeral 1 designates a pair of conveyance chains in which a plurality of (generally 4 or 5) sheets of seaweed cages 2 are held in large numbers at predetermined pitches by locking portions 4, and the cages are transported one pitch at a time. After each bamboo holder 3 is intermittently rotated in the direction of the arrow by a drive device that does not move, and is conveyed in order to a nori cutting station A, a dewatering station B, a drying device C, and a nori peeling station D, the bamboo cleaning station F and H according to the present application are carried out. After that, the seaweed is circulated again to the seaweed cutting station. As shown in FIG.
c are connected in a ladder-like manner, and a seaweed cage 2 is attached by clips 5 between the front frame rod 3a and the rear frame rod 3b. The front frame bar 3a of this cage holder 3 is configured to be longer than the rear frame bar 3b, and the lower transition part where the locking part 4 of the conveyance chain faces downward is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. As the front frame bar 3a is guided by the front guide rail 6a and the rear frame bar 3b is guided by the rear guide rail 6b, the screen holder 3 is prevented from falling due to its own weight. There is. The front guide rail 6a and the rear guide rail 6b constitute a guide rail 6 that guides the cage holder 3 at the lower transition portion of the conveyance chain 1. Reference numerals 7, 8, and 9 designate the seaweed cutting device, dewatering device, and seaweed peeling device provided in the seaweed cutting station A, dewatering station B, and seaweed peeling station D, respectively, and these devices have been conventionally used in various ways. have been proposed and put into practice. Reference numeral 10 denotes a screen cleaning device installed between the seaweed peeling station D and the seaweed cutting station A, and in this embodiment, it is located at a position corresponding to the lower transition part of the conveyance chain 1 after the seaweed peeling station D. It is comprised of a pre-cleaning device 11 provided and a final cleaning device 12 provided at a position corresponding to the front transition portion of the conveyance chain 1. Next, this preliminary cleaning device 11
will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. First, the front frame bar 3a of the screen holder 3 is disengaged from the locking part 4 of the transfer chain 1 on the front guide rail 6a at the first screen cleaning station F located downstream from the nori peeling station D of the transfer chain 1. The curved portion 13 is formed as shown in FIG. Above the curved portion 13 of the front guide rail 6a, a floating prevention rail 14 for preventing the front frame bar 3a from floating is attached to the machine frame. Rear guide rail 6
A large curved portion 15 is formed in b so as to hold and guide the screen holder 3 sent in a horizontal state in a suspended state at the screen washing station F. 1
Reference numeral 6 denotes a small pitch intermittent transfer device for intermittently transferring the screen holder 3 of the first screen washing station F little by little in small pitches, and in this embodiment is constructed as follows. That is, the drive shaft 17 loosely fitted into the machine frame.
and the driven shaft 18 have chain wheels 19 and 2, respectively.
0 is fixed and its chain wheel 19,
An endless chain 21 is suspended around 20. A locking piece 22 is provided on each link of the endless chain 21, and the endless chain 21 is disposed such that the locking piece 22 three-dimensionally intersects with the locking portion 4 of the conveyance chain 1. A feed pawl 19, which is pivotally supported by an operating arm 24 loosely fitted onto the drive shaft 17, is engaged with a ratchet wheel 23 fixed to the drive shaft 17. The operating arm 24 is connected by a rod 27 to a crank 26 which is rotated in conjunction with the intermittent rotation of the conveyance chain 1, and is adapted to move the endless chain 21 one pitch while the conveyance chain 1 is stopped. Reference numeral 28 denotes a water wetting device consisting of a water tank 29, a water supply pipe 30, and a drain pipe 31. The nori cage 2 of the cage holder 3 is held in a suspended state by the small pitch intermittent transfer device 16 and is intermittently transferred small pitches at a time. The water level is maintained such that it is immersed in the water in the water tank 29. Note that the effect of cleaning the seaweed basin 2 may be enhanced by providing a stirring blade in the water tank 29 to stir the water in the tank. Next, the finishing cleaning device 12 will be explained. In this embodiment, the finishing cleaning device 12 is composed of a water sprinkling device 32 that sprays water onto the seaweed cage 2 of the cage holder 3 located at the second cage cleaning station H of the conveyance chain 1, as shown in FIG. ing. In this water sprinkling device 32, numeral 33 denotes a water discharge pipe, which discharges water into the seaweed basin 2 from a water discharge port 33a provided on the side of the seaweed basin 2. The force of this water discharge may be as weak as pouring water, or it may be strong as a violent jet. When discharging water from the water discharging pipe 33, spraying a large amount of low-pressure water to the extent that mist-like droplets are not generated can eliminate the generation of droplets due to the water discharge. This is preferable because it is possible to prevent problems such as droplets falling on the finished moss peeled off by the device 9 and deterioration of quality. In addition, the above-mentioned finishing cleaning device 1
2 is composed of the above-mentioned water sprinkling device 32 and a rotating brush that lightly scrubs the surface of the seaweed basin 2, and the seaweed basin 2 is washed while lightly rubbing the seaweed basin 2 or by spraying water after rubbing it. Also good.

Prior to the operation of the seaweed production device, water is poured into the water tank 29 of the preliminary cleaning device 11 so that the seaweed cage 2 of the cage holder 3 being stored is immersed in water. When the nori production equipment is operated, the nori basket holder 3 of the nori basket 2 from which nori has been stripped at the nori stripping station D is locked to the locking portion 4 of the conveyance chain 1 as the conveyance chain 1 rotates intermittently. When the screen holder 3 is conveyed to the first screen cleaning station F on the guide rails 6a and 6b, the front frame bar 3a of the screen holder 3, which was locked in the locking part 4, intersects the conveyance chain 1 three-dimensionally. It enters between the locking pieces 22 of the endless chain 21 and stops, and the rear frame rod 3b is guided by the curved part 15 of the rear guide rail 6b, and the cage holder 2 is suspended in the water in the water tank 29. I can use it. While the conveyance chain 1 is stopped, the endless chain 21 rotates one pitch intermittently, and the front frame rod 3a
is locked by the locking piece 21 and the front guide rail 6a
is guided by the curved portion 13 of the conveyor chain 1, and is disengaged from the locking portion 4 of the transport chain 1, so that substantially all of the seaweed cages 2 of the suspended cage holder 3 are submerged in the water. With the alternate and intermittent rotation of the conveying chain 1 and the endless chain 21, the seaweed cage 2 is intermittently transferred in a water tank 29 in small pitches in a state immersed in water. At the end of the small pitch intermittent transfer device 16, the endless chain 2
1 rotates intermittently, the front frame rod 3a is carried between the locking portions 4 of the conveyance chain 1, which three-dimensionally intersects with the endless chain 21. Then, by the next intermittent rotation of the conveyance chain 1, the front frame rod 3a between the locking pieces 21 of the endless chain 21 is locked to the locking part 4 of the conveyance chain 1, and the front guide rail is in a horizontal state again. 6a. The rear frame rod 3b also has a curved portion 1
5 and returned to the horizontal state. In this way, the cage holder 2 is transferred to the small pitch intermittent transfer device 16 between the one-pitch locking portions 4 of the conveyance chain 1 and transported in a suspended state, and the nori cage 3 is transferred to the water tank 29.
Since the seaweed slag that adheres to the seaweed cage is soaked in water, it becomes soft and dissolves in the water. The cage holder 3 returned to the locking part 4 of the conveyance chain 1 is moved to the second position by the intermittent rotation of the conveyance chain 1.
The seaweed cage 2 is transported to a screen washing station H, and water is applied to the wet seaweed screen 2 by a water sprinkling device 32. In this case, the seaweed slag remaining in the seaweed cage 2 is reliably soaked in water for a long time in the water tank 29 and becomes sufficiently soft during the subsequent transportation time, so it can be cleaned by spraying water from the water sprinkling device 32. washed away. Thereafter, this cage holder 3 is conveyed to a seaweed cutting station A, and seaweed is cut onto a seaweed cage 2. Since the seaweed cage 2 has been thoroughly cleaned, the cutting of the seaweed can be performed satisfactorily.

海苔滓を軟らかくするようにしても良い。 In the small pitch intermittent transfer device 16 of the above embodiment, a locking piece 22 is provided on the endless chain 21, and the locking piece 22 intersects with the locking part 4 of the conveyance chain 1 three-dimensionally, so that the cage holder 2 is connected to the conveyance chain 1. Transferring from the locking part 4 to the locking piece 22 of the endless holder 21,
Although a large number of cage holders 2 are immersed in the water tank 29, instead of the endless chain 21 and the locking pieces 22, tooth-shaped discs having tooth-shaped locking protrusions formed on the outer periphery may be used. In addition, in the present application, the feature is that the seaweed cage is soaked in water in an aquarium to wet the seaweed cage,
In the above embodiment, the small pitch intermittent transfer device is removed, and the front guide rail 6a is kept horizontal (the curved part 13 is not provided), and the cage holder 3 is transported while being locked to the locking part 4 of the transport chain 1. Then, the seaweed cage 2 is immersed in the water in the water tank 29, or a small pitch intermittent transfer device is installed next to the first cage cleaning station to soften the seaweed slag in the seaweed cage 2 immersed in the water in the water tank 29. You can do it like this.

できて高い海苔品質を維持できる効果がある。 As described above, in the present invention, the side frame rods after peeling the seaweed are immersed in water in the water tank at the first screen cleaning station, and then the water-soaked nori screen is intermittently transported to the second screen cleaning station. Since the second water tank cleaning station was used to spray water on the nori fish tank,
Even when the seaweed slag attached to the seaweed cage is solidified, the seaweed slag remaining in the seaweed cage,
In particular, the seaweed slag stuck between the cage rods can be sufficiently soaked with water immediately, and the seaweed slag can be softened while the water-soaked seaweed cage is being transported intermittently, and the softened seaweed slag can be washed with water. It can be easily washed away, the seaweed cage can be cleaned cleanly, and the quality of seaweed products can be improved. In addition, since the seaweed cage is immersed in the water in the aquarium at the first screen cleaning station and the seaweed slag is wetted with water, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of water splash at the first screen cleaning station, and to prevent the nori from becoming damp after the seaweed is peeled off by screen cleaning. In addition, since the seaweed slag is sprinkled with water after it has been softened, the seaweed slag can be washed away with low water pressure, and there is no need to spray high-pressure water onto the seaweed cage as in the past. This has the effect of reducing equipment costs for cleaning, as well as preventing the dried seaweed from becoming wet due to the spray of high-pressure spray, thereby maintaining high quality seaweed.
