In this type of sea cane manufacturing equipment, the sea cane strips are stripped at the sea cane stripping station and then sent to the sea cane cutting station by intermittent rotations of the conveyor chain, where they are recycled into the sea. Since it has come to be used for cane making, small pieces of sea cane, torn sea cane, etc. (hereinafter collectively referred to as sea cane slag) remain on the surface of the sea cane after it has been stripped. However, there were serious problems in that this sea wick sludge would adhere to the next sea bream, resulting in a significant drop in the quality of the sea wick product, or that mistakes would occur in the sea wick cutting, leading to a decrease in productivity. Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, conventionally, in this kind of sea cane manufacturing equipment, high-pressure water is sprayed onto the sea cane at an intermediate station between the sea cane stripping station and the sea cane cutting station. A screen cleaning device designed for cleaning is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 77993/1983 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 53/1983.
This is proposed by Publication No. 28290. However, with such a screen cleaning device, the sea cage slag that remains on the screen after stripping the screen is hardened by drying and strongly sticks to the surface of the screen, so the spray of water on the screen is not effective. There is a problem that even if the pressure is set to a considerably high level, sufficient cleaning is not possible, and moreover, relatively expensive equipment with high pressure and high horsepower is required.
When the injection pressure is too high, there has been a problem in the past that the mist-like spray generated by the high-pressure injection adversely affects the quality of the product cane that was stripped in the previous process. In addition, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem with the screen cleaning device, it has been proposed to pour water into the sea screen at a stage before the point where high-pressure jet water is applied to the screen, but as is well known, this method is generally In the seed cane manufacturing equipment, the screen holder has a short cycle time (for example, if the production capacity is 3,000 sheets per hour and the screen holder is a five-barrel type that holds five cans, the cycle time is 6 seconds). Due to the intermittent transport at the time (time), it was not possible to take a long time between pouring water into the sea sandals and spraying high-pressure water onto the sea sandals (water was poured in front of the five stations). However, when the cycle time is 6 seconds, it can only take 30 seconds), so even with this proposal, there is a problem that the sea slag remaining in the sea sand can not be sufficiently cleaned, and some In the case of commercially available equipment, several workers are forced to additionally clean the sea canopy by scrubbing it with a scrubbing brush or the like after the fountain has been sprayed.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems in the conventional art, and to keep the sea cane fences wet with water for a long time after the sea cane strips have been stripped, without increasing the cycle time of intermittent conveyance of the screen holders. A manufacturing method that allows for almost complete cleaning of the sea cans by softening the sea cans slag remaining on the sea cans, and reducing the number of stations required for cleaning the sea cans. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method and apparatus for cleaning a screen in an apparatus.

The front frame bar 3a is configured to be longer than the rear frame bar 3b, and at the lower transition part where the locking part 4 of the conveyance chain 1 faces downward, as shown in FIGS. The frame bar 3a is guided by the front end guide rail 6a, and the rear frame bar 3b is guided by the rear end guide rail 6b, thereby preventing the screen holder 3 from falling due to its own weight. The front end guide rail 6a and the rear end guide rail 6b constitute a guide rail 6 that guides the cage holder 3 at the lower transition portion of the conveyance chain 1.
Note that this guide rail 6 may be configured by one rail that guides both the front frame bar 3a and the rear frame bar 3b of the screen holder 3. Reference numerals 7, 8, and 9 indicate the cane cutting device, the dehydration device, and the cane stripping device installed in the cane cutting station A, the dewatering station B, and the cane stripping station D, respectively. Various methods have been proposed and put into practice. Reference numeral 10 denotes a screen cleaning device disposed between the sea cane stripping station D and the sea cane cutting station A, and in this embodiment, it corresponds to the lower transition part of the conveyance chain 1 at the downstream stage from the sea cane stripping station D. It consists of a preliminary cleaning device 11 located at a position and a final cleaning device 12 located at a position corresponding to the front transition portion of the conveyance chain 1. Next, this preliminary cleaning device 11
will be explained with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. First, on the front end guide rail 6a, the front frame bar 3a of the cage holder 3 is secured to the transport chain 1 at a portion facing the cage cleaning station F, which is located several stations after the cane stripping station D of the transportation chain 1. The station F is provided with a front end recess 13 that can be temporarily dropped by a sufficient amount to disengage from the station F.
It is formed over the entire length of. This front end concave portion 13 is formed so that the amount of depression is relatively small, and both ends thereof have gentle slopes 13.
It is continuous with the front end guide rail 6a other than the front end concave portion 13 by a and 13b. A lifting prevention rail 14 is attached to the machine frame above the front end concave portion 13 to prevent the front frame rod 3a from lifting up. Although the front end recess 13 is provided only in the portion of the conveyance chain 1 that faces one screen cleaning station F, it also includes the other screen cleaning stations E and G adjacent to this screen cleaning station F. It may be provided over multiple stations. Next, from the above-mentioned screen cleaning station F of the conveyance chain 1 to the rear end guide rail 6b,
The rear frame of the screen holder 3 is sent horizontally to the part facing the area from a position slightly in front of the previous screen cleaning station E to near the center of the screen cleaning station G following the screen cleaning station F. Bar 3b
A rear end concave portion 15 is formed which is curved so as to be guided in a substantially suspended state by greatly lowering the rear end.
This rear end concave portion 15 is formed so that its depression amount is relatively large, and the front end concave portion 1
A large number of cage holders 3 can be stored between the cages 3 and 3. The front end concave portion 13 and the rear end concave portion 15 constitute a concave portion into which the screen holder 3 can be depressed. Reference numeral 16 denotes a small pitch intermittent transfer device installed on the machine frame so as to correspond to the front end recess 13, which locks the front frame rod 3a of the screen holder 3 that has fallen into the front end recess 13. In conjunction with the operation of the conveyance chain 1, a large number of screen holders 3 can be stored by transporting them little by little, and the screen holders 3 that have been stored for a predetermined period of time can be engaged with the locking part 4 from which the screen holder 3 has been removed. It is structured as follows. That is, 17 is a driving shaft, 18 is a driven shaft,
Chain wheels 19 and 2 are placed at opposing positions, respectively.
0 is fixed, and this chain wheel 19, 20
An endless chain 21 is suspended between.
This endless chain 21 is provided with a large number of feeding pieces 22 that protrude toward the outer circumference at small pitch intervals (the spacing between each feeding piece 22 is approximately the same as the outer diameter of the front frame rod 3a). These feeding pieces 22 three-dimensionally intersect with the conveyance chain 1 at the lower transition part of the endless chain 21, and lock the front frame rods 3a of the cage holder 3 conveyed by the conveyance chain 1, thereby securing the front end of the cage holder 3. Its length and placement position are set so that it can be conveyed intermittently over the concave portion 13. The drive shaft 17 has a ratchet wheel 23.
is fixed, and a feed pawl 25 of an operating arm 24 is engaged with this ratchet wheel 23. The actuating arm 24 is loosely fitted onto the drive shaft 17, and is rotated by a crank 26 in conjunction with the intermittent conveyance of the conveyance chain 1.
The endless chain 21 is moved by one pitch while the conveyance chain 1 is stopped. Next, reference numeral 28 denotes a water wetting device capable of wetting with water the sea basket 2 of the screen holder 3 that has fallen into the front end recess 13 and the rear end recess 15, and in this embodiment, the front and rear end recesses are A water tank 29 and a water tank 2 are installed so as to surround the sides and bottom of the groups of seaweed cages 2 of a large number of cage holders 3 that fall into the sections 13 and 15 and are transported by the small pitch intermittent transfer device 16.
It is comprised of a water supply pipe 30 that supplies water into the water tank 9, a drain pipe 31 that drains water from the water tank 29, and the like. The water supply pipe 30 may be connected to a normal water pipe to supply tap water into the water tank 29, but the water supply pipe 30 may be connected to a normal water pipe to supply tap water into the water tank 29. It may also be reused.
Note that a stirring blade may be provided in the water tank 29 and the stirring blade may be rotated by a motor to rotate the water in the water tank 29 to enhance the cleaning effect of the sea canopy 2. Next, the above-mentioned finishing cleaning device 1
2 will be explained. In this embodiment, this finishing cleaning device 12 is a screen holder 3 located at a screen cleaning station H of the conveyance chain 1, as shown in FIG.
It is composed of a water sprinkling device 32 that sprays water onto the sea canopy 2. In this water spraying device 32, 3
Reference numeral 3 denotes a water discharge pipe, which discharges water into the sea shade 2 from a water discharge port 33a provided on the sea shade 2 side. The force of this water discharge may be as weak as pouring water, or it may be strong as a violent jet. When discharging water from the water discharging pipe 33, spraying a large amount of low-pressure water to the extent that mist-like droplets are not generated can eliminate the generation of spray due to water discharging. This is preferable because it is possible to prevent problems such as droplets being applied to the finishing sewage peeled off by the peeling device 9 and deterioration of quality. Note that the finishing cleaning device 12 is the water spraying device 3 as described above.
2 and a rotating brush that lightly rubs the surface of the sea urinal 2, and the sea urinal 2 may be cleaned while lightly rubbing the sea urinal 2 or by pouring water on it after rubbing. Further, the final cleaning device 12 may be provided in a portion of the pre-cleaning device 11 facing the screen holder 3 of the screen cleaning station G.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be explained. Prior to the operation of the sea cane manufacturing device, water is poured into a water tank 29 of a preliminary cleaning device 11 so that the sea can 2 of a screen holder 3 in the water tank 29 is immersed in water. Next, when the sea cane manufacturing apparatus is operated, the conveyance chain 1 is intermittently rotated in the direction of the arrow to convey each can holder 3 one station at a time. Also, this conveyance chain 1
Due to the intermittent rotation, the endless chain 21 of the pre-cleaning device 11 is rotated by one pitch while the conveyance chain 1 is stopped, and the cage holder 3 in the water tank 29 is conveyed little by little. Further, with the operation of the canopy manufacturing apparatus, water is started to be discharged from the water discharge pipe 33 of the finishing cleaning device 12, and the canopy canopy 2 of the can cleaning station H is sprayed with water. The water discharge from the water discharge pipe 33 is started, for example, by opening an electromagnetic valve, but the water discharge from the water discharge pipe 33 may be started manually prior to operation. Note that water may be automatically supplied and discharged into the water tank 29 using an electromagnetic valve or a water amount detector.
With the intermittent rotation of the conveyance chain 1, the screen holder 3 of the screened sea screen 2 is locked by the locking part 4, and the screen is moved on the front and rear end guide rails 6a, 6b at the screen cleaning station. When transported to E, the front frame bar 3a of the screen holder 3 is located at the rear end of the front end concave portion 13 and is connected to the stopped endless chain 2, as shown in FIG.
1, and the rear frame rod 3b is positioned far forward (to the left in FIG. 2) from the rear end of the rear end concave portion 15, so that this screen holder 3, the rear part of the fish tank 2 falls greatly into the water tank 29, and a part of the sea canopy 2 is submerged in the water in the water tank 29. Thereafter, while the conveyance chain 1 is stopped, the endless chain 21 is rotated one pitch, and as a result, the front frame bar 3a of the screen holder 3 is moved into the front end concave portion 1.
3 and is disengaged from the locking part 4 of the conveyance chain 1, and the rear frame rod 3b falls further into the rear end concave part 15, and all or Almost all of it is submerged in water. after that,
The conveyance chain 1 is intermittently rotated again, and the next second screen holder 3 is conveyed to the screen cleaning station E in the same manner as described above. In the above case, the first screen holder 3, which was transported to the previous screen cleaning station E, is positioned outside the movement trajectory of the locking part 4 of the transport chain 1 by falling downward as described above. Therefore, the locking part 4 that has locked the front frame bar 3a of the first screen holder 3 can be moved to the next screen cleaning station F without interfering with the screen holder 3.
and the second screen holder 3 is moved to 1.
It is transported to the screen cleaning station E without interfering with the second screen holder 3. Note that this locking portion 4
The front frame rod 3a of the cage holder 3, which has been pushed up from inside the front end concave portion 13 into the movement locus of the locking portion 4, is moved to the next position until the next intermittent rotation of the conveyance chain 1. It is locked by intermittent rotation of the conveyance chain 1 and conveyed to the next screen cleaning station G. After the second screen holder 3 is transported to the screen cleaning station E as described above, the endless chain 21 is rotated by one pitch again, so that the feeding piece 22 moves the front frame bar 3a of the first screen holder 3. It is locked and transported slightly inside the front end concave portion 13,
Further, the front frame rod 3a of the second screen holder 3 falls into the front end concave portion 13 in the same manner as described above. As described above, the screen holder 3 after the sea cane stripping falls into the front and rear end concave portions 13 and 15 one after another and is stored therein. is immersed in water in the water tank 29 and kept wet for a long time. Therefore, even if hard sea cane sludge remains on the surface of the sea cane fence 2 after the sea cane fence 2 has been stripped, this sea cane sludge will remain in the water while the sea cane fence 2 is submerged in the water in the tank 29. It becomes soft and dissolves in water. The front frame rod 3a of the cage holder 3 stored as described above is then pushed up from inside the front end concave portion 13 by the feeding piece 22 of the endless chain 21, and the movement trajectory of the locking portion 4 of the conveyance chain 1 is pushed up. The rear frame rod 3b is slightly pulled up inside the rear end recess 15. Then, due to the subsequent intermittent rotation of the conveyance chain 1, the locking portion 4 is moved to the front frame bar 3 of the screen holder 3.
A is locked and transported to the screen cleaning station G,
As a result, the rear frame bar 3b of the screen holder 3 is pulled up from the rear end concave portion 15, and the sea screen screen 2 is taken out of the water in the water tank 29. Thereafter, this screen holder 3 is conveyed to a screen cleaning station H by the intermittent rotation of the conveyance chain 1, and at this screen cleaning station H, the sea screen 2 of the screen holder 3 is sprinkled with water by a water sprinkling device 32. In this case, the sea slag remaining on the screen surface of the sea canopy 2 becomes sufficiently soft while the sea canopy 2 is immersed in water in the water tank 29 for a long time and during the subsequent transportation time, as described above. Because of this, the sea slag remaining in the sea canopy 2 is washed away by the water spraying device 32 and is reliably washed. Thereafter, this bamboo holder 3 is transported to the sea cane making station A, where sea cane slag is made on the sea cane 2. In this case, the sea cane slag on the screen surface of the sea cane 2 has been cleanly removed. , Umikasho is performed well.

Figures 6 to 8 show different embodiments of the small pitch intermittent transfer device, in which the front end guide rail 6a
The blocking portion 3 has a slope 36a that gently rises toward the direction of movement of the conveyance chain 1 and a return prevention surface 3b that falls sharply on the upper surface of the front end concave portion 13.
6 are protruded in large numbers at slight intervals. A feed bar 37 along this front end concave portion 13 connects the front and rear ends to a pair of upper and lower guide rollers 38a, 38, respectively.
It is supported so as to be able to reciprocate by being sandwiched by b. A large number of feed pawls 39 are pivotally attached to the feed bar 37 via pins 40 at the same pitch spacing as the blocking portion 36 so as to be able to protrude and retract above the upper surface of the front end concave portion 13. The feed pawl 39 is urged clockwise in FIG. 7 by a torsion spring 41 so that the contact portion 39a abuts the upper surface of the feed bar 37. The feed bar 37 is reciprocated by a cam and a cam lever (not shown) with a stroke slightly larger than the pitch interval of the blocking portion 36 in conjunction with the intermittent rotation of the conveyance chain 1, and thereby the conveyance chain 1 is stopped. During this time, the feed pawl 39 locks the front frame bar 3a of the screen holder 3 on the front end concave portion 13 to allow it to pass over only one blocking portion 36. Further, near the front end of the front end concave portion 13, the front frame bar 3a of the screen holder 3, which has been sent to the front end by the sending pawl 39, is brought to a position where it can be engaged with the locking portion 4 of the conveyance chain 1. A liftable transfer arm 42 is pivotably supported, and this transfer arm 4
An engagement recess 4 that engages with the front frame rod 3a at the tip of the
2a is formed. The transfer arm 42 is configured to be swung upward after the feed bar 37 is moved forward while the conveyance chain 1 is stopped by a cam and a cam lever (not shown).
Therefore, according to the storage conveyor 16, the screen holders 3 that have fallen into the front end concave portion 13 are conveyed little by little in conjunction with the operation of the conveyance chain 1, and a large number of screen holders 3 are stored, and the screen holders 3 are The screen holder 3 that has been stored for a predetermined period of time can be reengaged with the locking portion 4 from which the screen holder 3 has been removed.

In addition, in the above embodiment, water is applied by spraying water onto the sea screen after wetting the sea screen of the screen holder with water. For example, at a station downstream from the storage station, the rear frame rod of the can holder may come off the guide rail and fall downward, thereby causing water to be poured onto the can. The sea canopy of this screen holder is once rinsed in the water or agitated water in the water tank installed below this station, and then by moving the screen holder one pitch, the rear frame rod is reattached to the guide rail. You may be guided upwards.

Furthermore, in the case of a sea cane manufacturing device in which the front frame bar of the sea cane holder is transferred to the upper side of a conveyance chain to strip the sea cane, the front frame bar of the sea canteen holder is transferred to a small pitch intermittent transfer device. It is sufficient to remove it from the locking part of the conveyor by lifting it upwards and lock it there, then drop it from the small pitch intermittent transfer device and engage it again with the locking part.
It goes without saying that this type of cane manufacturing apparatus can also be implemented in the same manner as in the above embodiment.

As described above, in the present invention, the cage holder is removed from the locking portion of the conveyance chain, and the small pitches are intermittently transferred for a predetermined period of time, and the cages of the cage holder are soaked with water during or before the small pitch intermittent transfer. By using the intermittent transfer time of the small pitches of this screen holder, the sea fence can be soaked in water for a long period of time. The bamboo slag can be softened, the subsequent cleaning effect can be enhanced, and the sea bamboo slag can be almost completely cleaned. Therefore, even if there is a large amount of sea cane slag left on the sea cane after stripping, it is possible to prevent this sea can slag from adhering to the sea cane that will be cut next, thereby improving the quality of the sea cane products. This has the effect of improving the performance and preventing mistakes in making seams. In addition, even if the sea urinal can be soaked in water for a long period of time as described above, the time required for removing the holder from the engagement part of the conveyance chain and transferring the small pitches intermittently As a result, the number of cage holder stations required for filter cleaning can be reduced, and the transport speed of the transport chain can be maintained at a high speed, thereby reducing the overall size of the device. This has the effect of maintaining high production capacity.

Furthermore, even if the sea urn can be soaked in water for a long period of time as described above, it is best to use the storage time when removing the holder from the engagement part of the conveyance chain to store the water. Because it is
The number of stations of the screen holder required for screen cleaning can be reduced, and the conveyance speed of the conveyance chain can be maintained at a high speed, thereby making it possible to downsize the entire device and maintain high production capacity. There are benefits to be gained.
