金型のパーテイング面の方向から見た側面図、第
６図は従来例を示す概略部分断面図である。 図面の主要符号、１：キヤビテイダイ、２：コ
アダイ、３：製品成形部、４：スライドコア、６
：ゲート、７：刃具室、８：ゲートカツト用刃具
、１３：隙間、１４：入子。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. キヤビテイダイとコアダイとの間の製品成形部
    にゲートを介して溶融状態の樹脂を充填して樹脂
    成形品を成形し、型開き時に金型内でゲートを切
    除するようにしてなる射出成形用金型であつて、
    前記コアダイに金型の開閉方向と直交する方向に
    移動可能なスライドコアを設け、該スライドコア
    と前記キヤビテイダイとの間に薄肉かつ幅広のゲ
    ートを形成し、前記スライドコアとコアダイとの
    間に型締め時には閉鎖されるゲートカツト用刃具
    室を前記ゲートに沿つて設け、該刃具室に型開き
    時にスライドコアの移動によつてスライドコアと
    コアダイとの間に形成される隙間を通してゲート
    方向に前進可能にかつゲートに沿つて往復移動可
    能にゲートカツト用刃具を配設し、さらにスライ
    ドコアに面しかつ前記刃具室に臨むコアダイの一
    部を入子構造とし、該入子を抜き出すことによつ
    て前記ゲートカツト用刃具の交換を可能にしたこ
    とを特徴とする射出成形用金型。
