Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固定型と、該固定型に接近したり該固定型から
離れたりすることができる可動型と、を含み、固
定型及び可動型により構成されるキヤビテイ内に
射出成形品が形成され、この射出成形品は、ゲー
トにつながつた状態で形成される射出成形型にお
けるゲートカツト構造において、 前記可動型には、固定型との当接面に沿つてス
ライド移動自在でありゲートを射出成形品から切
断するゲートカツトコアが設けられ、該ゲートカ
ツトコアには、係合部が設けられており、 前記固定型には、可動型の移動の際に前記ゲー
トカツトコアの係合部に係合して該ゲートカツト
コアの移動方向を規制する規制部材が設けられて
おり、この規制部材は、ゲートカツトコアが固定
型との当接面に沿つてスライド移動しゲートの切
断を行うようにすることを特徴とする射出成形型
におけるゲートカツト構造。
