    ンパク質変性してかまぼこ風に凝固した昆布巻酢
    漬け食品。 (2) 気密ポリ袋等の容器に適宜量の調味酢を入
    れて、これに昆布を巻きかつすりみで被覆した魚
    肉等のなま食品塊を入れ、真空パツクしてなる昆
    布巻酢漬け食品。
