Claims (1)
- ピストンロツド２と、空気圧が適用されると前
記ピストンロツド２を各方向へ駆動させる第１圧
力室３および第２圧力室４と、前記ピストンロツ
ド２を静止させるブレーキピストン１２と、空気
圧が適用されると前記ブレーキピストン１２をブ
レーキ解放方向へ移動させる第３圧力室１７とを
具えた空圧シリンダにおいて、前記第１圧力室３
と前記第２圧力室４とを前記第３圧力室１７を介
して連通させる連通路１９，２１を設け、前記ブ
レーキピストン１２がブレーキ解放方向へ移動し
たとき前記連通路１９，２１を遮断するように構
成したことを特徴とする空圧シリンダ。
