はスラグの流動特性を表わすグラフ、第５図は炉
壁をジヤケツトボイラーで構成した従来の汚泥溶
融炉の縦断面図、第６図は炉壁を水冷ジヤケツト
で構成した従来の汚泥溶融炉の縦断面図、第７図
は炉壁をウオータジヤケツトで構成した従来のキ
ユポラの縦断面図である。 図中、１は汚泥溶融炉、２は高温炉床、３は炉
壁、９はレンガ（突出部）、１４は断熱層、２０
は棚状の板、２７は溶融物（スラグ）、２８は断
熱層である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 炉壁の中に冷却流体が流されて冷却される炉内
    で炭素系可燃物質にて形成される高温炉床へ汚泥
    を供給し、これを溶融物として排出させる汚泥溶
    融炉において、上記炉壁の炉内側に溶融物を付着
    させて奪熱防止用の断熱層を形成するための多数
    の突出部を設けたことを特徴とする汚泥溶融炉。
