- 半導体素子を樹脂封止してなる半導体装置であ
つて、前記半導体素子は、半導体基板上のアルミ
配線間の間隔が、基板中央部から周辺部に向かつ
て、除々に拡がるようにアルミ配線を配設したこ
とを特徴とする半導体装置。
