  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被検査物の表面付近に高周波電流を発生さ
    せる高周波電流発生手段と、被検査物の欠陥部に
    よつて電圧降下が生じたときその電圧降下による
    電位差を検知するセンサと、該センサによつて検
    知された電位差から前記欠陥部を検出する検出手
    段とを具備する探傷装置。 (2) センサが光フアイバ電圧センサである実用
