Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate internal wall construction for underground tanks by connecting hoisting accessories to brackets projecting over the side wall of tanks, hanging travel rails from the hoisting accessories and arranging hoist cranes movable along the rails. CONSTITUTION: Brackets 2 each project inward over a side wall 1a of an existent underground tank so as to separably receive the upper end of a hoisting accessory 4 with an interposed turnbuckle 3. The hoisting accessory 4 suspends a travel rail 5 along which a hoist crane 6 can move. Such structural materials as lining panels suspended via an access port in the roof are brought between the scaffolding and the side wall 1a. Hoisting and travel motion of the crane 6 transfers these structural materials to desired places.

Problem to be solved by the invention 1 When constructing a new underground tank, the process starts with foundation work, then bottom plate work, side wall work, and roof work, so various large cranes are used on the ground. Construction materials could be delivered directly to the desired location, but if the side walls were to be repaired with new reinforced concrete walls or steel plate lining walls to repair the existing underground tank, those materials would need to be transported directly to the designated location on the roof. Because it is limited to importing from the entrance of
The materials must be lowered into the existing underground tank and then transported to the designated location, which is expected to be extremely difficult as large transport equipment cannot be used to transport the materials within the existing underground tank.

In view of the above, the present invention enables materials such as reinforcing bars and iron plates brought into the tank from above ground to be easily transported to a desired position along the inner circumferential surface of an existing underground tank, thereby improving work efficiency and shortening the construction period. The purpose is to provide a construction method for the inner wall of an existing underground tank that can be shortened.

゛ Effect 1 Therefore, in the method of constructing the inner wall of an existing underground tank according to the present invention, for example, the material carried into the center of the existing underground tank 1 is placed on a trolley or the like, and the material is transported from the material entrance 9 to the scaffold 7 and the side wall of the existing underground tank 1. 1a, a hoist crane 6 is positioned above the material entrance 9, and the hoist crane 6 lifts the material. The hoist crane 6 hoists and runs to move the material between the scaffold 7 and the existing construction. A desired rotation position direction (lateral direction) through the space between the underground tank 1 and the side wall 1a.
The material can be transported in the height direction and lowered onto the scaffold 7, or it can be held in the installation position by the hoist crane 6 as shown in FIG. 3, and installation work such as welding can be performed.

Generally, it is a difficult task to carry materials from the inside of the scaffolding 7 to the outside, and if the materials are large, the materials must be carried through above or to the side of the scaffolding 7. However, if a roof is installed, if materials are brought in through the top of the scaffolding, it will be impossible to bring in materials near the roof. Therefore, there is a method of placing the scaffolding only at a predetermined width and moving it one by one, but this method In complex processes such as inspecting repaired parts and removing defective parts, scaffolding may have to be moved to the same location again, resulting in unnecessary steps.
In the present invention, by installing the material import entrance 9, materials can be brought in even if scaffolds 7 are previously installed around the entire circumference.

Furthermore, the present invention removably connects the upper end of a hanging tool 4 with a turnbuckle 3 interposed in the middle to the bracket 2,
Since the traveling rail 5 along the inner peripheral surface of the side wall 1a is suspended by the hanging tools 4, 4.4..., the length of the brackets 2, 2.2... protruding from the side wall 1a The hoist crane 6 and the construction materials transported by the hoist crane 6 are moved to a part that is a predetermined distance inward from the side wall 1a, and the construction materials transported by the hoist crane 6 can be moved smoothly, and the traveling rail 5
It is a removable hanging type and its height can be adjusted with a turnbuckle 3, which improves and simplifies installation and removal work.

The brackets 2, 2, 2, etc. are made of H-shaped steel or the like, and their base ends are fixed to the upper surface of the side wall 1a where the roof truss 12 is not placed, and their tips are fixed to the side wall 1a. 1a
It protrudes toward the center of the existing underground tank 1 from the inner surface of the tank. In this embodiment, anchor bolts 21 are used to fix the bracket 2. This anchor bolt 21 is called a chemical anchor, and a hole 22 drilled in advance is filled with a filler 23 containing a solidifying agent separately, and when the anchor bolt 21 is inserted, the filler 23
A solidifying agent is mixed with the filler 23 to rapidly solidify the filler 23. This chemical anchor not only has excellent adhesion and pull-out strength after hardening, but also has sufficient strength even if water droplets adhere to the inner surface of the hole 22 or oil in the tank has penetrated. It is ideal for use within the existing nearby tank 1, and furthermore, it has sufficient vibration resistance even after hardening, and is highly durable against vibrations caused by the movement of the hoist crane 6, which will be described later. It is something.

Further, the hanging tool 4 has a bracket piece 2a having a hooking hole (not shown) protruding from the lower surface of the bracket 2, and a universal joint piece 4a is hooked and suspended from the bracket piece 2a. is formed by connecting hanging rods 4b and 4c via a turnbuckle 3 in the middle, and this bracket piece 2a
is omitted and a hooking hole is directly drilled in the bracket 2, or the universal joint piece 4a is omitted and the upper end of the hanging rod 4a is bent into a hook shape and the bracket 2 or bracket piece 2a is directly inserted.

The lower end of the hanging rod 4C of the hanging tool 4 is connected to a U-bolt 4d connected to the upper surface of the traveling rail 5 via a bracket piece 5a, but both the bracket piece 5a and the U-bolt 4d are omitted. The lower end of the hanging rod 4C may be welded to the traveling rail 5 or hooked in the form of a hook. In addition, since this hanging tool 4 may swing around its upper end, it is recommended that the correct reading 2' be connected between it and the side wall 1a so that the distance between the traveling rail 5 and the side wall 1a does not change. .

The scaffold 7 is a frame scaffold, and is disposed around the entire inner circumference of the side wall 1a of the existing underground tank 1, and near the upper end of the side wall 1a, although not shown. The gate frame 8 is made up of a supporting beam 8a supported by pillars 8b, 8b, and although it is not necessarily clear from the diagram, a steel square pillar may be laid horizontally on the upper surface of the supporting beam 8a, or a wooden Lay the scaffolding boards and place the frame scaffolding on top of them.

Next, according to the present invention, construction materials such as lining plates, which are suspended into the existing underground tank 1 from the entrance 11 of the roof 10, are transported through the material entrance 9 to the scaffold 7 and the side wall 1 of the existing underground tank 1.
After taking it in between A and A, the hoist crane 6 hoists and travels to transport it to a desired location. Since the hoist crane 6 can hoist and travel at the same time, construction materials can be transported the shortest distance along the side wall 1a, and after being transported to a predetermined position, they are hoisted onto the hoist crane 6 as shown in Figure 3. The installation work is carried out while the machine is hanging down, and once the installation and fixation are completed, the construction material is unsuspended, and the machine travels again, winding it up and rewinding it to transport the new construction material.
