Claims (13)

d.前記上側治具(112)および前記下側治具(116)を前記第1の駆動装置(130)によって前記離間位置から溶接位置まで前記第1の軸(132)に沿って互いに対して移動させる工程(工程S5)と、
e.前記上側治具(112)および前記下側治具(116)の溶接位置において前記第1の部品および前記第2の部品を互いに溶接する工程(工程S6)と、
f.前記上側治具(112)および前記下側治具(116)を前記第1の駆動装置(130)によって前記溶接位置から前記初期位置まで前記第1の軸(132)に沿って互いに対して移動させる工程(工程S7)と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記制御装置は、少なくとも部分的に同時に前記第1の駆動装置(130)および前記第2の駆動装置(140)が作動または起動されるようにそれらを制御する、請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記制御装置は前記第1の駆動装置(130)および前記第2の駆動装置(140)と共に前記第3の駆動装置(150)を制御し、前記第1の駆動装置(130)、前記第2の駆動装置(140)および前記第3の駆動装置(150)の少なくとも2つを同時に作動させる、請求項1に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記溶接方法は振動溶接方法または赤外線溶接方法である、請求項1乃至3のうちの1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記第1の部品および前記第2の部品はプラスチック材料からなる、請求項1乃至3のうちの1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 前記第1の駆動装置(130)および前記第2の駆動装置(140)はサーボ駆動装置である、請求項1乃至3のうちの1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 1つの駆動装置(130、140、150)は主駆動装置として機能し、残りの駆動装置(130、140、150)は従駆動装置として機能する、請求項1乃至3のうちの1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 1つの駆動装置(130、140、150)の故障の場合に、残りの駆動装置すなわち少なくとも部分的に同時に作動される駆動装置(130、140、150)を前記制御装置によって停止させる、請求項1乃至3のうちの1項に記載の溶接方法。
- 請求項1に記載の溶接方法を用いて第1の部品を第2の部品に溶接するための溶接装置(100)であって、
a.前記第1の部品を受け入れるための上側支持体(110)に装着された上側治具(112)と、
b.前記第2の部品を受け入れるための下側支持体(114)に装着された下側治具(116)と、
c.前記第1の部品および/または前記第2の部品を予熱するための予熱装置(118)と、
d.前記上側(110)および前記下側支持体(114)は第1の駆動装置(130)によって初期位置、隣接位置、離間位置および溶接位置の間で第1の軸(132)に沿って互いに対して移動可能であることと、
e.前記予熱装置(118)は、パーキング位置と予熱位置との間で第2の駆動装置(140)によって移動可能であり、前記パーキング位置において、前記予熱装置(118)は前記上側治具(112)と前記下側治具(116)との間には配置されていないことと、
f.前記溶接装置(100)は、前記初期位置と前記隣接位置との間での互いに対する前記上側治具(112)および前記下側治具(116)の連続移動および前記パーキング位置と前記予熱位置との間での前記予熱装置(118)の連続移動が少なくとも部分的に同時に起こるように、少なくとも部分的に同時に前記第1の駆動装置(130)および前記第2の駆動装置(140)が作動されるようにそれらを制御する制御装置を備えることと、
g.前記第2の駆動装置(140)は前記予熱装置(118)を前記第1の軸(132)に垂直な第2の軸(142)に沿って移動させ、前記予熱装置(118)を前記第1の軸(132)に平行な第3の軸(152)に沿って移動させるために第3の駆動装置(150)が提供されていることと
を備える、溶接装置(100)。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1の駆動装置(130)、前記第2の駆動装置(140)および前記第3の駆動装置(150)の少なくとも2つが同時に作動されるように前記駆動装置(130、140、150)を制御する、請求項9に記載の溶接装置(100)。
- 前記溶接装置(100)は振動溶接装置または赤外線溶接装置である、請求項9~10のうちの1項に記載の溶接装置(100)。
- 前記第1の部品および前記第2の部品はプラスチック材料からなる、請求項9乃至10のうちの1項に記載の溶接装置(100)。
- 前記第1の駆動装置(130)および前記第2の駆動装置(140)はサーボ駆動装置である、請求項9乃至10のうちの1項に記載の溶接装置(100)。
