Description
[実施態様1]

前記B側は2つの異なるリン酸エステルを含んでいる、実施態様1に記載の方法。
[実施態様3]
前記A側、前記B側、又はそれら両方は充填材を含んでいる、実施態様1又は実施態様2に記載の方法。
[実施態様4]
前記A側は炭酸カルシウムを含んでいる、実施態様1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
[実施態様5]
約10℃から約35℃の温度で硬化が起こる、実施態様1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
約15℃から約25℃の温度で硬化が起こる、実施態様1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
[実施態様7]
前記結果として得られる反応生成物の硬化時間は15分未満である、実施態様1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
[実施態様8]
前記結果として得られる反応生成物の硬化時間は約5分から約10分である、実施態様1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
前記方法は硬化剤を含まない、実施態様1乃至8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
[実施態様10]
前記結果として得られる反応生成物は少なくとも200%の体積膨張を有する、実施態様1乃至9の何れか一項に記載の方法。

前記リン酸は前記リン酸エステルの調製後に添加される、実施態様1乃至10の何れか一項に記載の方法。

前記硬化温度は約10℃から約35℃である、実施態様19から実施態様22の何れか一項に記載の組成物。

前記硬化温度は約15℃から約25℃である、実施態様19から実施態様23の何れか一項に記載の組成物。

前記結果として得られる反応生成物の硬化時間は15分未満である、実施態様19から実施態様24の何れか一項に記載の組成物。

vii)疎水性シリカ、を含む第1の成分と、
b)第2の成分であって、
i)第1のリン酸エステル、
ii)第2のリン酸エステル、
iii)疎水性シリカ
iv)リン酸、を含む第2の成分と、を備え、
前記第1の成分と前記第2の成分から結果として得られる反応生成物が50℃未満の温度で硬化する、組成物。
Claims (6)
- 二成分系を提供する工程であって、当該二成分系はA側及びB側を含み、前記A側はエポキシ、及び炭酸カルシウムを含み、前記B側はリン酸エステル、及びリン酸を含む、二成分系を提供する工程と、
前記A側と前記B側を混合して結果として得られる反応生成物を形成する工程と、
を備えており、
前記A側と前記B側の前記結果として得られる反応生成物は、50℃未満の温度で硬化するとともに、少なくとも200%の体積膨張を有する、方法であって、
前記B側は、第1のリン酸エステル及び第2のリン酸エステルからなる2つの異なるリン酸エステルを含んでおり、
前記B側は、55重量%から75重量%の前記第1のリン酸エステルと、15重量%から35重量%の前記第2のリン酸エステルと、1重量%から10重量%の前記リン酸とを含み、
前記A側と前記B側は、1:4から4:1(A側:B側)の体積混合比で混合される、
方法。 - 前記A側、前記B側、又はそれら両方は充填材を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記A側と前記B側は2:1(A側:B側)の体積混合比で混合される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 23℃での前記A側の粘度は20,000cPから50,000cPである、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 23℃での前記A側の粘度は35,000cPから45,000cPである、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
