Claims (10)
- 電池モジュール(10)であって、セル(100)とCCSアセンブリ(20)とを含み、前記CCSアセンブリ(20)は、
プラスチック製ブラケット(300)を含み、前記プラスチック製ブラケット(300)の上面に、バー単体(201)を組み立てるためのバー取付部(305)が設けられ、前記プラスチック製ブラケット(300)の下面に、前記セル(100)を組み立てるためのセル取付部(308)が設けられ、
前記セル取付部(308)の領域内には、正極連通孔(302)と負極連通孔(303)とが設けられており、前記正極連通孔(302)の少なくとも一側には接着剤注入孔(304)が設けられており、
前記セル(100)は前記正極連通孔(302)に対応して設けられ、いずれか一つの前記セル(100)とそれに隣接する他のセル(100)との間の隙間を接着剤注入キャビティ(101)として定義し、前記接着剤注入キャビティ(101)の少なくとも一部は、それに対応する前記接着剤注入孔(304)により前記プラスチック製ブラケット(300)の上面に向かって露出し、
前記電池モジュール(10)はバスバー(200)をさらに含み、前記バスバー(200)は複数の前記バー単体(201)を含み、同一の前記バスバー(200)では、隣接する2つの前記バー単体(201)に対応する隣接する2つの前記正極連通孔(302)の間の前記接着剤注入孔(304)は互いに貫通している、電池モジュール(10)。 - 前記接着剤注入孔(304)の少なくとも一部はそれに対応する前記セル(100)の半径方向に沿って前記セル(100)から離れる方向に向かって延伸している、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(10)。
- 隣接する2つの前記正極連通孔(302)の間に位置する、互いに貫通している前記接着剤注入孔(304)は接着剤注入領域(I)を構成し、前記接着剤注入領域(I)の断面積と単一の前記正極連通孔(302)の断面積との比は0.8~1.4である、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(10)。
- 前記電池モジュール(10)の幅方向において、前記正極連通孔(302)の両側には前記接着剤注入孔(304)が設けられる、請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール(10)。
- 前記正極連通孔(302)の周囲には前記正極連通孔(302)を囲むように複数の位置制限突起(301)が設けられ、前記位置制限突起(301)は前記プラスチック製ブラケット(300)の下面に設けられており、
同一の前記正極連通孔(302)の周囲に位置する複数の位置制限突起(301)によって囲まれる領域は、前記セル取付部(308)を構成する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール(10)。 - 前記位置制限突起(301)の、それに隣接する前記セル(100)に向かう側には、位置制限凹面(3012)が設けられ、前記位置制限凹面(3012)は前記セル(100)から離れる方向に向かって凹設される、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール(10)。
- 前記位置制限凹面(3012)は円弧面である、請求項6に記載の電池モジュール(10)。
- 前記位置制限突起(301)の下面には重量軽減孔(3011)が設けられる、請求項5~7のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール(10)。
- 前記負極連通孔(303)は前記プラスチック製ブラケット(300)を貫通し、且つそれに対応する前記バー取付部(305)内まで連通し、
前記バー取付部(305)はリブ307によって囲まれて形成され、前記リブ(307)の内壁は、該バー取付部(305)に対応する前記負極連通孔(303)の内壁を少なくとも部分的に構成し、
前記重量軽減孔(3011)がそれに隣接する前記負極連通孔(303)まで連通する、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール(10)。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電池モジュール(10)を含む、電池パック。
