Claims (4)
- 自車両の周辺環境を取得するセンサの検知結果に基づいて、前記自車両が走行する自車線に対して車幅方向の一方側に隣接する隣接車線に、障害物及び走行する他車両が存在するか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記隣接車線に障害物及び走行する他車両が存在すると前記判定部により判定した場合に、前記自車線において前記自車両の横位置を、前記車幅方向の他方側にオフセットさせる走行制御部と、を備え、
前記走行制御部は、
前記隣接車線側とは反対側における道路構造に応じて、前記車幅方向の他方側へ前記自車両の横位置をオフセットさせるオフセット量を調整し、
前記走行制御部は、前記隣接車線側とは反対側における前記道路構造が、白線だけの歩行帯である場合又は建物の出入口が面している車線である場合、前記オフセット量を低減又は0とする、車両制御装置。 - 自車両の周辺環境を取得するセンサの検知結果に基づいて、前記自車両が走行する自車線に対して車幅方向の一方側に隣接する隣接車線に、障害物及び走行する他車両が存在するか否かを判定する判定部と、
前記隣接車線に障害物及び走行する他車両が存在すると前記判定部により判定した場合に、前記自車線において前記自車両の横位置を、前記車幅方向の他方側にオフセットさせる走行制御部と、を備え、
前記走行制御部は、
前記隣接車線側とは反対側における道路構造に応じて、前記車幅方向の他方側へ前記自車両の横位置をオフセットさせるオフセット量を調整し、
前記走行制御部は、前記隣接車線側とは反対側における前記道路構造が、縁石つきの歩道である場合、前記オフセット量を低減しない、車両制御装置。 - 前記走行制御部は、
前記隣接車線に前記センサの死角が存在する場合、前記隣接車線に走行する他車両が存在するか否かに関わらず、前記自車線において前記自車両の横位置を前記車幅方向の他方側にオフセットさせる、請求項1に記載の車両制御装置。 - 前記走行制御部は、
前記隣接車線側とは反対側に歩行者又は走行する別の他車両が存在する場合、前記車幅方向の他方側へ前記自車両の横位置をオフセットさせるオフセット量を低減又は0とする、請求項1又は2に記載の車両制御装置。
