Description
Claims (15)
- ヒータ本体を定義する、リング形状に構成されるポリマー正温度係数(PPTC)材料と、
2またはそれより多くの位置に前記ヒータ本体と接触して配置される2またはそれより多くの電極を有する電極アセンブリであって、前記2またはそれより多くの電極は前記ヒータ本体の第1表面に配置される下部電極と、前記ヒータ本体の第2表面に配置される上部電極とを含む、電極アセンブリと
を備える抵抗ヒータであって、
前記PPTC材料は、
PPTC本体を定義するポリマーマトリックスと、
前記ポリマーマトリックス中に配置される導電性充填剤成分と
を含み、
前記上部電極および前記下部電極はそれぞれ、2つのセグメントを含み、前記上部電極における第1対のセグメントは、第1間隙および第2間隙により互いに分離され、前記下部電極における第2対のセグメントは、第3間隙および第4間隙により互いに分離され、
前記抵抗ヒータに入る電流は、前記第1表面沿いに横方向に流れ、縦方向に前記第2表面へと流れ、前記第2表面沿いに横方向に流れ、縦方向に前記第1表面へと流れるように方向付けられる、
抵抗ヒータ。 - 前記リング形状は、円形リング、矩形リング、楕円形リング、長円形リング、または多角形リングを含む、請求項1に記載の抵抗ヒータ。
- 前記導電性充填剤成分は、前記ポリマーマトリックス中に複数の炭素粒子として配置される、炭素充填剤および/または導電性セラミック成分を含む、請求項1または2に記載の抵抗ヒータ。
- 前記ポリマーマトリックスの体積百分率が50~99%である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の抵抗ヒータ。
- 前記導電性充填剤成分は、グラフェン充填剤成分および/または炭素ナノチューブ充填剤成分を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の抵抗ヒータ。
- 前記電極アセンブリに電気的に接続される第1リードおよび第2リードであって、前記ヒータ本体の平面に対して垂直に延在する第1リードおよび第2リードを更に備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の抵抗ヒータ。
- 前記上部電極および前記下部電極は、概してリング形状に構成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の抵抗ヒータ。
- 前記ヒータ本体は、プリント回路ボード(PCB)基板上に配置され、前記PCB基板は、リング形状に構成される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の抵抗ヒータ。
- 前記ヒータ本体および前記電極アセンブリの厚みは合わせて2mmの範囲であり、前記PCB基板の厚みは1mm未満である、請求項8に記載の抵抗ヒータ。
- 前記PCB基板は、FR4、銅インレイPCB、または、Al2O3またはAlNなどのセラミックPCBを含む、請求項8または9に記載の抵抗ヒータ。
- 透明レンズ部分と、
前記透明レンズ部分の周囲に配置される抵抗ヒータと
を備えるカメラであって、
前記抵抗ヒータは、
平面内にリング形状に並べられ、かつ、ヒータ本体を定義する、ポリマー正温度係数(PPTC)材料であって、
PPTC本体を定義するポリマーマトリックスと、
前記ポリマーマトリックス中に配置される導電性充填剤成分と
を含む、PPTC材料と、
前記ヒータ本体の第1表面上の下部電極と、前記第1表面とは反対側の、前記ヒータ本体の第2表面上に配置される上部電極とを含む、電極アセンブリであって、前記上部電極および前記下部電極は概してリング形状に構成される、電極アセンブリと
を有し、
前記上部電極および前記下部電極はそれぞれ、2つのセグメントを含み、前記上部電極における第1対のセグメントは、第1間隙および第2間隙により互いに分離され、前記下部電極における第2対のセグメントは、第3間隙および第4間隙により互いに分離され、
前記抵抗ヒータに入る電流は、前記第1表面沿いに横方向に流れ、縦方向に前記第2表面へと流れ、前記第2表面沿いに横方向に流れ、縦方向に前記第1表面へと流れるように方向付けられる、
カメラ。 - 前記リング形状は、円形リング、矩形リング、楕円形リング、長円形リング、または多角形リングを含む、請求項11に記載のカメラ。
- 前記導電性充填剤成分は、前記ポリマーマトリックス中に複数の炭素粒子として配置される炭素充填剤成分を含む、請求項11または12に記載のカメラ。
- 前記電極アセンブリに電気的に接続される第1リードおよび第2リードであって、前記ヒータ本体の前記平面に対して垂直に延在する第1リードおよび第2リード
を更に備える、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載のカメラ。 - 前記導電性充填剤成分は、グラフェン充填剤成分および/または炭素ナノチューブ充填剤成分を含む、請求項11から14のいずれか一項に記載のカメラ。
