Description
金属部材と樹脂部材とが接合した金属樹脂複合体であって、
前記金属部材の表面に、径の平均値が1μm未満のナノオーダーで形成された突起部が密に並んでおり、隣り合う前記突起部の先端部同士の隙間に、前記樹脂部材をなす樹脂が含侵し、前記突起部の少なくとも先端部に前記樹脂が接合してなる。
図1は、電池1の斜視図である。図2は、図1におけるA-A断面図である。図1および図2に示すように、電池1は、内部を密閉するケース10、ケース10内に収容されている電極体40、電解液3および絶縁ホルダ5ならびに電極体40に接続されている正極端子部材50および負極端子部材60を有する。
次に、電池1の製造方法について、図9のフローチャートを参照しつつ説明する。電池1の製造方法は、部材準備工程S1、突起部形成工程S2、インサート成形工程S3、蓋アセンブリ完成工程S4、閉塞工程S5、溶接工程S6、注液・封止工程S7および初充電・エージング工程S8を含む。

Claims (2)
- 金属部材と樹脂部材とが接合した金属樹脂複合体であって、
前記金属部材の表面に、径の平均値が1μm未満のナノオーダーで形成された突起部が並んでおり、隣り合う前記突起部の先端部同士の隙間に、前記樹脂部材をなす樹脂が含侵し、前記突起部の少なくとも先端部に前記樹脂が接合してなり、
前記突起部は、二次元的な拡がりをもって略格子状に繋がる複数の凹部上に形成された突起部であり、前記突起部が平面的に隣接するもの同士で相互に、少なくとも突起部の径の平均値以下の距離をおいて並んでおり、
隣り合う前記突起部の基端部同士の隙間にまで前記樹脂が含侵し、前記突起部の基端部に前記樹脂が接合してなる
金属樹脂複合体。 - 請求項1に記載の金属樹脂複合体の製造方法であって、
前記金属部材にレーザを照射して、前記金属部材の表面に前記突起部を形成する突起部形成工程と、
前記突起部形成工程の後、インサート成形により、前記金属部材の表面の前記突起部が形成された範囲に前記樹脂部材を形成するインサート成形工程と、を備える金属樹脂複合体の製造方法。
