Description
また、本発明による他の形態のコード状ヒータは、導体素線と、該導体素線の外周側に形成された熱融着層を有し、ポリアミド系熱可塑性エラストマーであることを特徴とするものである。
また、本発明による面状ヒータは、上記のコード状ヒータが基材に配設されていることを特徴とするものである。

記号の説明:
R:復元率(%)
d1:巻付試験に用いたマンドレル径(mm)
d2:導体素線をマンドレルに巻きつけた後、荷重を開放して復元した形状の内径(mm)
これらの添加物を加える場合、例えば、樹脂またはゴム材料100重量部に対して、難燃剤を10~30重量部添加すれば、優れた接着性を維持したまま、優れた難燃性を付与することができる。
また、上記した種々添加剤については、マスターバッチの形態で添加することもできる。
本実施例においては、絶縁層7を使用している。しかし、絶縁層7を形成せず、導体素線5aの外周に熱融着層9を直に形成する態様としてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 導体素線と、
前記導体素線の外周側に形成された絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層の外周側に形成された熱融着層を有し、
前記熱融着層がポリアミド系熱可塑性エラストマーであることを特徴とするコード状ヒータ。 - 前記熱融着層の融点は、140℃~170℃であり、
前記絶縁層の融点は、前記熱融着層の融点よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコード状ヒータ。 - 前記ポリアミド系熱可塑性エラストマーは、脂肪族ポリアミドとポリアルキレンエーテルグリコールのブロック共重合体、またはナイロン11とポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコールのブロック共重合体、またはナイロン12とポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリコールのブロック共重合体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のコード状ヒータ。
- 請求項1~3いずれか記載のコード状ヒータが基材に配設されており、
前記基材が、ポリエステル繊維の不織布、ポリウレタン樹脂の発泡樹脂シート、ポリウレタンエラストマーの発泡樹脂シートのいずれかで形成されていることを特徴とする面状ヒータ。
