Description
Claims (5)
- 自動車用の電気的な駆動システム(1)であって、
第1のロータ(6)を有する第1の電気機械(3)と、
差動入力軸(14)並びに第1の差動出力軸(15)及び第2の差動出力軸(16)を有する差動伝動装置(9)であって、2つの前記差動出力軸(15、16)は、前記第1のロータ(6)と同軸に配置されている、差動伝動装置(9)と、
前記第1の差動出力軸(15)に相対回動不能に連結されている第1の側軸(17)と、前記第2の差動出力軸(16)に相対回動不能に連結可能である第2の側軸(18)と、を有する、電気的な駆動システム(1)において、
前記差動入力軸(14)に相対回動不能に連結されている前記第1のロータ(6)と同軸に配置されている第2のロータ(8)を有する第2の電気機械(4)と、
ロックシフト部材として形成される第1のシフト部材(SE1)と、
第2のシフト部材(SE2)であって、前記第2のシフト部材(SE2)によって前記第2のロータ(8)は前記第2の側軸(18)に相対回動不能に連結可能である、第2のシフト部材(SE2)とが設けられ、
前記差動伝動装置(9)は、遊星差動装置として形成され、
前記差動入力軸(14)は、内歯車(12)に相対回動不能に接続されており、前記第1の差動出力軸(15)は、二重遊星キャリア(13)に相対回動不能に接続されており、前記第2の差動出力軸(16)は、太陽歯車(11)に相対回動不能に接続可能であり、
前記第1のロータ(6)は、前記差動入力軸(14)に永続的に相対回動不能に連結されており、第5のシフト部材(SE5)が設けられており、前記第5のシフト部材(SE5)を介して、前記第2の差動出力軸(16)は、前記第2の側軸(18)に相対回動不能に連結可能であり、
前記第1のシフト部材(SE1)は、前記二重遊星キャリア(13)を前記第2の差動出力軸(16)に接続可能であることを特徴とする、電気的な駆動システム(1)。 - 前記第1のシフト部材(SE1)、前記第2のシフト部材(SE2)及び前記第5のシフト部材(SE5)は、前記第1のシフト部材(SE1)、前記第2のシフト部材(SE2)及び前記第5のシフト部材(SE5)が単一のアクチュエータ(10)を介して操作可能であるように連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の電気的な駆動システム(1)。
- 前記アクチュエータ(10)の第1の位置では、前記第1のシフト部材(SE1)及び前記第2のシフト部材(SE2)は閉じられており、前記第5のシフト部材(SE5)は開かれており、前記アクチュエータ(10)の第2の位置では、前記第1のシフト部材(SE1)及び前記第2のシフト部材(SE2)は開かれており、前記第5のシフト部材(SE5)は閉じられていることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の電気的な駆動システム(1)。
- 軸方向(a)に見て、前記第1の電気機械(3)、前記差動伝動装置(9)、前記第1のシフト部材(SE1)及び前記第2の電気機械(4)の順で順次配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3記載の電気的な駆動システム(1)。
- 前記第1のロータ(6)、前記第2のロータ(8)、前記差動伝動装置(9)及び2つの前記側軸(17、18)は、一緒に相互に同軸に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の電気的な駆動システム(1)。
