Description
Claims (13)
- 電解液が供給され、供給された前記電解液を電池組立体に注入するための吐出口を有するノズル;
前記ノズルに回転可能に装着され、前記ノズルの前記吐出口を開放または閉鎖するように設けられた開閉プレート;および
前記開閉プレートに加えられる前記電解液の重さに基づいて前記開閉プレートの開閉有無を調節するように設けられた開閉調節部を含み、
前記開閉調節部は前記開閉プレートの閉鎖方向に回転モーメントが作用されるように設けられた重量部材を含み、
前記重量部材は前記開閉プレートと距離調節が可能に設けられた、電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。 - 前記開閉調節部は前記開閉プレートの端部に延長形成され、前記重量部材が位置移動可能に装着されたロッドを含み、
前記開閉プレートおよび前記ロッドは同じ回転中心を有し、
前記開閉プレートに前記電解液の重さが加えられる時、前記開閉プレートには開放方向に回転モーメントが作用され、前記重量部材には前記開閉プレートの閉鎖方向に回転モーメントが作用される、請求項1に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。 - 前記ロッド上で前記重量部材が前記開閉プレートから遠ざかる方向に移動されると、前記開閉プレートの閉鎖方向における回転モーメントが増加する、請求項2に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。
- 前記ロッド上で前記重量部材が前記開閉プレートと近づく方向に移動されると、前記開閉プレートの閉鎖方向における回転モーメントが減少する、請求項3に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。
- 前記ロッドは回転中心を基準として前記開閉プレートと互いに異なる方向に延長形成された、請求項2に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。
- 前記重量部材は前記ロッドに全体領域が結合されるか一部の領域が結合されるように設けられた、請求項2に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。
- 前記ロッドの外周面には第1タップが形成され、
前記重量部材は前記ロッドが挿入される結束ホールおよび前記結束ホールに形成され、前記第1タップと結束する第2タップを有する、請求項6に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。 - 前記第1タップは前記第2タップの全体領域または一部の領域と結束する、請求項7に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。
- 前記ノズルに装着される固定部を追加で含み、
前記固定部は前記開閉プレートが回転可能に装着された回転軸を有する、請求項2に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。 - 前記固定部は、前記ノズルの外周面を囲むように設けられる固定部材;および
前記固定部材を前記ノズルの外周面に固定させる固定手段を含む、請求項9に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。 - 前記固定部材は固定手段が挿入される締結ホールを有し、
前記固定手段は前記ノズルの外周面に接触するように前記締結ホールに締結された、請求項10に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。 - 前記開閉プレートが閉鎖状態の時、前記ノズルの前記吐出口と接触する一面に形成された陥没部を有する、請求項1に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。
- 前記陥没部の直径は前記ノズルの外周面の直径より大きく形成される、請求項12に記載の電解液注入用ノズル開閉装置。
