Abstract

The outlet in the bottom of the tank is closed by a valve (2) pulled upwards into the sealing position by a vertical shaft (3).    BESCHREIBUNG



   Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine mechanische Betätigungsvorrichtung, gemäss dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs
1, welche mit einstellbarer Gewichtsverlagerung und der Druckdifferenz des Wassers auf ein   Auslnufventil    wirkend, dieses Ventil öffnet bzw. schliesst. Betätigungsvorrichtungen dieser Art funktionieren mit Schwimmer oder Wassergewicht und sind für eine bestimmte Einfüll- und Ausflussmenge konstruiert.



   Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, eine selbsttätige mechanische   Betatigungsvorrichtung    zum Öffnen und Schliessen des   Auslaufventils    an einem Wasserbehälter zu schaffen, bei der die Einfluss- und   Ausflussmenge    mit einfacher Betätigung verändert werden kann.



   Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe mit einer Vorrichtung, welche die Merkmale gemäss der Kennzeichnung des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 1 aufweist.



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der selbsttätigen mechanischen Betätigungsvorrichtung, welche ein Öffnen und Schliessen des Auslaufventils an einem Wasserbehälter zeigt, vereinfacht dargestellt. In einem grossen Wasserbehälter (1) sind ein   Auslaufventil    (2) mit einem Gestänge (3), an einer Aufhängevorrichtung (4), mit dem beweglichen Waagebalken (5) verbunden.



  An diesem Waagebalken (5) hängt ein Gewicht (6) an der Rolle (7). Ausserdem sind auf diesem Balken (5) die Stoppvorrichtungen (8) und (9) angebracht.



   Die Wirkungsweise des Erfindungsgegenstandes ist folgender: Es wird angenommen, dass das Auslaufventil (2) geschlossen ist, nun fliesst Wasser, wie dies Pfeil  W  andeutet, in den Behälter (1). Der mit der Stange (3) verbundene Waagebalken (5) wird in die Waagerechte gebracht, sobald diese überschritten ist, rollt das Gewicht (6) an der Rolle (7) hängend bei der   Stoppvorrichtung    (9) in Richtung der   Stoppvorrichtung    (8) und entlastet nun das   Auslaufventil    (2), beim Erreichen eines bestimmten Wasserdrucks wird das   Auslaufventil    (2) nach unten gedrückt und öffnet sich.



   Ist eine bestimmte Menge Wasser aus dem Behälter (1) ausgeflossen, vermindert sich der Druck auf das Auslaufventil (2) und es wird durch die Zugkraft des Gewichtes (6) geschlossen. Bei diesem Vorgang wird der Waagebalken (5) in die Ausgangsstellung gekippt, sobald die Waagerechte überschritten ist, rollt das Gewicht (6) in Richtung   Stoppvorrichtung    (9) und belastet das Auslaufventil (2) mit der gewünschten Zugkraft. Das Ventil (2) schliesst. Durch Verschieben der   Stoppvorrichtungen    (8) und (9) kann die Zugkraft einreguliert werden.

   The invention solves this problem with a device which has the features according to the characterization of independent claim 1.



   In the drawing, an embodiment of the automatic mechanical actuation device, which shows an opening and closing of the outlet valve on a water tank, is shown in simplified form. In a large water tank (1), an outlet valve (2) with a linkage (3), on a suspension device (4), is connected to the movable balance beam (5).



  A weight (6) hangs on the roller (7) on this balance beam (5). In addition, the stop devices (8) and (9) are attached to this bar (5).



   The mode of operation of the subject matter of the invention is as follows: It is assumed that the outlet valve (2) is closed, now water, as indicated by arrow W, flows into the container (1). The balance beam (5) connected to the rod (3) is brought into the horizontal, as soon as this is exceeded, the weight (6) rolls on the roller (7) hanging from the stop device (9) in the direction of the stop device (8) and now relieves the discharge valve (2), when a certain water pressure is reached the discharge valve (2) is pressed down and opens.



   If a certain amount of water has flowed out of the container (1), the pressure on the outlet valve (2) decreases and it is closed by the tensile force of the weight (6). In this process, the balance beam (5) is tilted into the starting position, as soon as the horizontal is exceeded, the weight (6) rolls in the direction of the stop device (9) and loads the outlet valve (2) with the desired tractive force. The valve (2) closes. The tractive force can be adjusted by moving the stop devices (8) and (9).

Selbsttätige mechanische Betätigungsvorrichtung eines Aus laufventils an einem Wasserbehälter, zur Steuerung der Ausflussmenge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auslaufventil (2) mit einer Hebelanordnung (3, 4, 5) verbunden ist, welche einen Waagebalken (5) aufweist, an welchem ein Gewicht (6) durch Rollen verschiebbar hängt, umje nach Lage des Waagebalkens (5) seinen Standort auf diesem Balken ändern zu können, um dadurch und in Abhängigkeit des auf dem Auslaufventil lastenden Wasserdrukkes ein Öffnen und Schliessen des Auslaufventils zu bewirken.  PATENT CLAIMS 1.
