Description
Claims (13)
- デバイスであって、
加速度信号を感知する移植可能な加速度センサであって、前記加速度センサは、患者の胸壁の第1の部分に固定可能であって、感知された加速度信号に基づいて、呼吸によって引き起こされる胸壁の第1の部分の回転運動を感知することによって呼吸情報を判定するための、移植可能な加速度センサを備え、
前記判定された呼吸情報が、判定された呼吸波形形態を含むと共に、
前記呼吸波形形態の前記判定が、前記呼吸波形形態内における、吸気位相の識別を含み、
前記呼吸波形形態の前記判定が、感知された前記加速度信号に基づく、及び、
履歴吸気位相情報および/または履歴呼吸数情報と、
直前の呼気アクティブ位相情報と、
直前の呼気後休止位相情報と、のうちの少なくとも1つに少なくとも部分的に基づく、前記吸気位相のオンセットの予測を含む、デバイス。 - 前記加速度センサが、地球重力ベクトルに対する前記回転運動を感知するように構成され、かつ位置決め可能である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記加速度センサが、治療期間内における第1の睡眠身体位置の間に、前記感知を介して前記第1の睡眠身体位置を判定することなく、前記感知を実施するように構成されている、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記加速度センサが、3つの直交軸で独立して前記回転運動を感知するように構成されている、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記加速度センサが、n個の直交配置された単軸加速度感知要素と、
制御部分であって、
呼吸中に、どのそれぞれの加速度感知要素がAC信号成分に対する値の最大範囲を呈するかを識別することと、
前記AC信号成分の値の前記最大範囲を呈すると判定された前記識別された加速度感知要素を使用して、前記感知された回転運動を介して、呼吸情報の前記判定を実施することと、を行うための、制御部分と、を備える、請求項2に記載のデバイス。 - 前記呼吸波形形態の前記判定が、加速度信号のAC成分の絶対的な大きさを用いることなく、行われる、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記回転運動を感知することを介した前記呼吸情報の前記判定が、前記呼吸波形の前記吸気位相の正の傾きまたは負の傾きに関係なく、前記吸気位相の前記識別を行うことを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記呼吸波形形態の前記判定は、
前記識別された吸気位相と関連付けられた確信度の判定を含むこと、
前記加速度信号と関連付けられた確信度の判定を含むこと、特に、前記呼吸波形形態の前記判定は、前記加速度センサの3つの直交測定軸の各それぞれの信号成分に対する前記確信度の判定を含むこと、
のうち少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記判定された呼吸波形形態に基づいて、呼吸関連神経に電気刺激を送達する電極を備えると共に、
任意に、前記電極が、カフ電極を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記神経が、上気道開存性関連神経および横隔神経のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記呼吸波形形態の第1の部分に対して電気刺激の前記送達を同期させるための制御部分を備えると共に、
任意に、前記第1の部分が、前記吸気位相を含む、請求項9に記載のデバイス。 - 前記センサが不適切な信号を取得すると、履歴呼吸情報を含む記憶された呼吸情報を、
前記患者の呼吸サイクル情報と、
複数の患者の呼吸サイクル情報と、のうちの少なくとも1つに対して置換するための制御部分を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記センサが不適切な信号を取得すると、
前記患者の平均呼吸数よりも実質的に速い第1の呼吸数と、
前記患者の平均呼吸数よりも実質的に遅い第2の呼吸数と、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む呼吸サイクル情報を含む記憶された呼吸情報を置換することを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
