Description
[1]JIS K6394:2007に記載の23±2℃、100Hz、ひずみ振幅0.1%の条件下で測定した動的ばね定数が1.5g/μm以下のゴムを含む弾性部を有する、ガスケット。
[2]前記ゴムの硬度が90以下である、上記[1]に記載のガスケット。
[3]金属板と、
前記金属板の片面上または両面上に前記弾性部と
を有する、上記[1]または[2]に記載のガスケット。
[4]前記ゴムはニトリルゴムである、上記[1]から[3]までの何れか1つに記載のガスケット。
[5]モータ用のガスケットである、上記[1]から[4]までの何れか1つに記載のガスケット。
[6]インバーターケース用のガスケットである、上記[1]から[4]までの何れか1つに記載のガスケット。
加圧型ニーダー(日本スピンドル社製)およびオープンロール(関西ロール社製)を用いて下記表1に示す配合で各材料を混合することにより、ゴム組成物を調製した。
(評価)
上記のようにして得られたゴム組成物を用いて以下の測定を行った。
(a)弾性部の硬さ、引張強度、伸びの測定
予めゴム組成物の加硫速度をJIS K6300-2に準拠して測定し、Tc(90)(90%加硫時間)を測定する。次いで、Tc(90)を超えるような条件下でゴム組成物の加圧・加硫を行うことにより、試験片を準備した。該試験片について、JIS K6253に準拠した硬さ(デュロメータA硬さ)の測定、JIS K6251に準拠した引張強度および伸びの測定を行った。
(b)動的ばね定数の測定
上記(a)と同じ条件でゴム組成物の加圧・加硫を行うことにより、厚さ2mm、幅4mm、長さ20mmの試験片を準備した。次いで、JIS K6394:2007に記載の強制振動非共振方法に準拠して、UBM社製のRheogel-E4000を用い、23±2℃、100Hz、ひずみ振幅0.1%の条件下で引張方法により、試験片の動的ばね定数を測定した。
(c)ガスケットの損失係数の測定
厚さ400μmのSPCC鋼板の表面をリン酸亜鉛により処理した。この後、該SPCC鋼板上に、フェノール樹脂(シクソン715(商品名))を溶解させたメチルエチルケトン(MEK)を塗布した後、乾燥させた。次いで、上記のゴム組成物をメチルエチルケトン(MEK)中に溶解させた。この後、フェノール樹脂を含むMEK溶液塗布後のSPCC鋼板上に、ゴム組成物が溶解したMEKを塗布した後、200℃のオーブン中でゴム組成物を3分間、加硫することによりSPCC鋼板(金属板)上に厚さ120μmの弾性部を形成した。この結果、SPCC鋼板(金属板)上に弾性部を有する、幅17mm、長さ250mmのガスケットを得た。このようにして得られたガスケットを、シアノアクリレート系の接着剤を介して厚さ250μm、幅17mm、長さ250mmのSUS301板に貼り付けることにより損失係数測定用のサンプルを得た。なお、事前の予備実験により、ガスケットをSUS301板に貼り付けることができるものであれば、接着剤の種類は損失係数の値に影響を及ぼさないことを確認した。
次いで、リオン社製AS14PA5(片持ち梁型)を用い、JIS K7391:2008に準拠して半値幅法、測定温度23±2℃、測定範囲0~1kHzのうち2次の共振周波数により損失係数を測定した。そして、損失係数が0.03以上の時、制振・防振特性は良好であると判断して「○」と評価し、損失係数が0.03未満の時、制振・防振特性は不良であると判断して「×」と評価した。ゴム組成物の組成および制振・防振特性の評価結果を下記表1に示す。

Claims (7)
- JIS K6394:2007に記載の23±2℃、100Hz、ひずみ振幅0.1%の条件下で測定した動的ばね定数が0.208~1.5g/μmのゴムを含む弾性部を有する、ガスケット。
- 前記ゴムの硬度が90以下である、請求項1に記載のガスケット。
