Claims (13)
- 湾曲可能体内に構成された第1の駆動ワイヤと、前記湾曲可能体内に構成された第2の駆動ワイヤと、前記湾曲可能体内に構成された第3の駆動ワイヤとを有する前記湾曲可能体と、
先細のブレイクアウトユニットであって、
遠位ガイドチューブ、
前記遠位ガイドチューブの外径よりも大きい外径を有する近位ガイドチューブ、
前記第1の駆動ワイヤの近位端に取り付けられた第1のブレイクアウトワイヤ、
前記第2の駆動ワイヤの近位端に取り付けられた第2のブレイクアウトワイヤ、
前記第3の駆動ワイヤの近位端に取り付けられた第3のブレイクアウトワイヤ、および
前記第1の駆動ワイヤの長手方向の少なくとも一部に沿って前記第1の駆動ワイヤを包囲する第1の収縮ガイドであって、前記第1の収縮ガイドは前記第1の駆動ワイヤに対して可動であり、前記第1の収縮ガイドは、遠位端において前記遠位ガイドチューブと接触するとともに、近位端において前記第1のブレイクアウトワイヤと接触するように設けられる、第1の収縮ガイド、
を有するブレイクアウトユニットと、
前記湾曲可能体の管状形状の中心線としてのQ軸に沿って、前記第1のブレイクアウトワイヤを介して前記第1の駆動ワイヤを後退および前進させ、前記Q軸に沿って前記第2のブレイクアウトワイヤを介して前記第2の駆動ワイヤを後退および前進させ、前記Q軸に沿って前記第3のブレイクアウトワイヤを介して前記第3の駆動ワイヤを後退および前進させるように構成され、前記湾曲可能体を3次元で操作するように構成されたアクチュエータと、
を備え、
前記第1の駆動ワイヤが後退及び前進する際に、前記ブレイクアウトユニットが上記配置をとる前記第1の収縮ガイドを有することにより、前記第1の駆動ワイヤの座屈が防止され、
前記第1のブレイクアウトワイヤの直径は、前記第1の駆動ワイヤの直径よりも大きい、
医療装置。 - 前記湾曲可能体は、前記湾曲可能体の中心の周りにチャネルを有し、前記湾曲可能体の操作前、操作時および操作後において、前記チャネルの直径は同じである、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記チャネルは、手術ツールを収容するように構成される、
請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の駆動ワイヤは、前記湾曲可能体の遠位端へ延び、前記湾曲可能体の中心線からオフセットされる、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1の収縮ガイドは、前記第1の駆動ワイヤと平行であり前記第1の駆動ワイヤを包囲する第1のばねを有する、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第2の駆動ワイヤを包囲する第2の収縮ガイドをさらに備える、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、前記第2のブレイクアウトワイヤを介して前記第2の駆動ワイヤを後退および前進させるように構成される、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第2の駆動ワイヤは、前記湾曲可能体に対して、前記第1の駆動ワイヤとは異なる位置に構成される、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1のブレイクアウトワイヤは、前記収縮ガイドが収縮するときに前記収縮ガイドを押すように構成される、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記湾曲可能体は少なくとも2つのガイドリングを含み、前記少なくとも2つのガイドリングは互いに平行に整列し、それらの間に距離を有し、各ガイドリングは、前記第1の駆動ワイヤまたは前記第2の駆動ワイヤを少なくとも受けるように構成された少なくとも1つのくぼみを含む、
