Description

前記エコージェニックマーキングが、レーザー光線の作用下で前記レーザー添加剤によって生成される、前記内側ポリマー層中の閉じた空洞又は泡によって形成されている
ことを特徴とする、前記医療デバイスに関する。
Claims (8)
- エコージェニックマーキングを有する医療デバイスであって、
前記医療デバイスは、チューブ状の形状を有する要素を備え、
前記要素は、外側ポリマー層と、1以上の内側ポリマー層とを備え、
少なくとも前記外側ポリマー層は、非常に滑らかな表面を有し、
前記医療デバイスは、
前記外側ポリマー層が、レーザー光線に対して透過性であり、
いずれかの内側ポリマー層が、レーザー吸収剤の形態でレーザー添加剤を含み、
前記エコージェニックマーキングが、レーザー光線の作用下で前記レーザー添加剤によって生成される、前記内側ポリマー層中の閉じた空洞又は泡によって形成されており、
前記レーザー吸収剤が、300nm未満の粒子サイズを有するナノスケール粒子であり、
前記泡又は閉じた空洞が、実質的に球状であり、5~50μmの直径を有する
ことを特徴とする、前記医療デバイス。 - いずれかの内側ポリマー層における前記レーザー吸収剤の濃度が、0.05~1重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエコージェニックマーキングを有する医療デバイス。
- マーキング領域及び非マーキング領域の前記外側ポリマー層の前記表面における、DIN EN ISO 4287に従って測定される平均粗さ値Raが、互いから0.2μmを超えて外れないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエコージェニックマーキングを有する医療デバイス。
- レーザーマーキングが、大面積の領域に存在している、あるいは、小面積のラベル、パターン又はマーキングの形態で存在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエコージェニックマーキングを有する医療デバイス。
- 前記エコージェニックマーキングの外部のポリマー層が、可視光に対して高い透過性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエコージェニックマーキングを有する医療デバイス。
- マーキング領域中の泡又は閉じた空洞の数が、1mm2当たり5~200であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエコージェニックマーキングを有する医療デバイス。
- 前記泡又は閉じた空洞に、気体が充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のエコージェニックマーキングを有する医療デバイス。
- 前記医療デバイスが、カテーテル、カニューレ、ニードル、ステント、インプラント、ダイレータ又はバルーンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエコージェニックマーキングを有する医療デバイス。
