Claims (10)
- バッテリパックにおいて、
少なくとも1つのバッテリセルを含み、前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセルを冷却させるための冷媒流路が形成されている冷却配管ユニットを備える少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュールと、
前記少なくとも1つのバッテリモジュールを収容するパックケースと、
前記パックケースに貫設され、前記冷却配管ユニットと連結されて、前記パックケースの外部から前記冷媒流路に冷媒を供給し、前記冷媒流路から前記冷媒を前記パックケースの外部に排出するための冷媒流出入配管と、
前記冷媒流出入配管と前記パックケースとの間に配されている第1シーリングユニットと、
前記第1シーリングユニットと所定の距離だけ離隔して配されており、前記冷媒流出入配管と前記冷却配管ユニットとの間に配されている第2シーリングユニットと、
を含むことを特徴とする、バッテリパック。 - 前記冷媒流出入配管は、
前記パックケースに貫通されており、少なくとも一部が前記パックケースの外面に接触して配されている配管本体と、
前記配管本体から前記パックケースの外部に突出し、外部冷却ユニットと連結されている外側パイプと、
前記外側パイプから所定の距離だけ離隔して配されており、前記配管本体から前記パックケースの内部に突出し、前記冷却配管ユニットと連結されている内側パイプと、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記第1シーリングユニットは、前記配管本体と前記パックケースとの間に配されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第1シーリングユニットは、前記パックケースの外面に接触して配されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記配管本体は、前記パックケースの外側に配されており、前記パックケースと締結されている締結プレートを含み、
前記第1シーリングユニットは、前記締結プレートと前記パックケースとの間に配されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記締結プレートには、前記第1シーリングユニットが挿入される第1シーリングユニット挿入溝が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第2シーリングユニットは、複数個備えられており、前記内側パイプの長手方向に沿って互いに所定の距離だけ離隔して配されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第1シーリングユニットは、平面形のOリング部材で備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記第2シーリングユニットは、軸形のOリング部材で備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパック。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリパックを少なくとも1つ含むことを特徴とする、自動車。
