Claims (9)
- 700℃を超える適用温度向けのセンサコンポーネントであって、前記センサコンポーネントは、
金属製のフィードスルー要素(2)を備え、
前記フィードスルー要素(2)は、前記フィードスルー要素(2)の一方の面から前記フィードスルー要素(2)の他方の面まで延在するスルーホール内壁を有するスルーホールを有し、
前記フィードスルー要素(2)のスルーホール内に、絶縁要素(3)が配置されており、
前記絶縁要素(3)は、前記フィードスルー要素(2)に接合されており、前記フィードスルー要素(2)と前記絶縁要素(3)との間には物理的および/または化学的結合が存在しており、
前記絶縁要素(3)は、外径Da、体積Vおよび高さHを有し、寸法データは、以下:
Hは、2から20mmの範囲であり、かつ/または
Dは、2から30mmの範囲の前記フィードスルー要素(2)の外径であり、かつ/または
mm2での比V/Dは、0.2から100の範囲であり、かつ/または
比H/Dは、0.15から1.2である
またはそれらの任意の組み合わせからなる群から選択される、
センサコンポーネント。 - 少なくとも1つの機能要素(4)は、前記絶縁要素(3)内に配置されており、前記絶縁要素(3)は、前記少なくとも1つの機能要素(4)の直径に相当する内径Diを有し、

請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のセンサコンポーネント。 - 燃焼機関の排ガスを測定するための、ラムダセンサおよび/またはNOxセンサおよび/または粒子状物質センサおよび/または温度センサおよび/またはスートロードセンサとしての、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のセンサコンポーネントの使用方法。
