Claims (18)

前記繊維製品(2、5)の少なくとも一部に前記生体高分子(3)を供給する工程は、前記繊維製品(2、5)の少なくとも一部を生体高分子産生微生物の培養物と接触させ、前記生体高分子産生微生物を培養する工程を含み、これにより、前記繊維製品(2、5)上に前記生体高分子(3)が産生され、前記生体高分子(3)の少なくとも一部に、少なくとも1種類の電気絶縁性ポリマーを供給する工程をさらに備えていることを特徴とする導電性複合繊維製品(1)を製造するためのプロセス。 - 前記生体高分子産生微生物の前記培養物は、前記導電性材料(4)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性複合繊維製品(1)を製造するためのプロセス。
- 前記導電性材料(4)は、前記生体高分子(3)が前記繊維製品(2、5)上で産生された後、前記生体高分子(3)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性複合繊維製品(1)を製造するためのプロセス。
- 繊維製品(2、5)の少なくとも一部は、微生物によって産生される生体高分子(3)を備え、前記生体高分子(3)の少なくとも一部は、導電性材料(4)を備え、前記繊維製品(2、5)の少なくとも一部は、別に産生された生体高分子(3)と結合しており、前記生体高分子(3)が、前記繊維製品(2、5)に供給される前に溶解されることはなく、前記生体高分子(3)の少なくとも一部に、少なくとも1種類の電気絶縁性ポリマーを供給する工程をさらに備えていることを特徴とする導電性複合繊維製品(1)を製造するためのプロセス。
- 前記別に産生された生体高分子(3)は、前記繊維製品(2、5)に結合する前または後に、前記導電性材料(4)とともに、少なくとも部分的に供給されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の導電性複合繊維製品(1)を製造するためのプロセス。
- 前記生体高分子(3)は、パターンに沿って前記繊維製品(2、5)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の導電性複合繊維製品(1)を製造するためのプロセス。

- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のプロセスで得られる導電性複合繊維製品(1)であって、繊維製品(2、5)および微生物によって産生される生体高分子(3)を備え、前記生体高分子(3)の少なくとも一部は、導電性材料(4)を備えており、前記生体高分子(3)の少なくとも一部は、少なくとも1種類の電気絶縁性ポリマーでコーティングされていることを特徴とする導電性複合繊維製品(1)。
- 前記導電性材料(4)は、導電性材料(4)のパターンとして前記生体高分子(3)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の導電性複合繊維製品(1)。
- 前記生体高分子(3)は、生体高分子(3)のパターンとして前記繊維製品(2、5)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の導電性複合繊維製品(1)。
- 前記繊維製品(2、5)は、糸(5)、布地(2)、および衣服からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項14から16のいずれか1項に記載の導電性複合繊維製品(1)。
- 前記電気絶縁性ポリマーは、PU、PA、PP、PLA、PBT、PET、およびシリコーンからなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項14から17のいずれか1項に記載の導電性複合繊維製品(1)。
