Claims (16)
- 重畳して配置された、複数の第1の種類の電極板(1)、少なくとも1つの第2の種類の電極板(2)、および隔膜(3)を有し、前記第1の種類の電極板の極性(1)は、前記第2の種類の電極板(2)の極性と反対であり、前記隔膜(3)は、隣接する前記第1の種類の電極板(1)と前記第2の種類の電極板(2)を分離するように構成され、前記複数の第1の種類の電極板(1)は、第1の電極板(11)および第2の電極板(12)を有し、
前記第1の電極板(11)は、第1の集電体(111)を有し、前記第2の電極板(12)は、第2の集電体(112)を有し、前記第1の集電体(111)は、前記第1の種類の電極板(1)および前記第2の種類の電極板(2)が重畳される面に垂直な方向に沿って重畳して配置される、第1の導電層(1111)および保護層(1112)を有し、前記保護層(1112)の抵抗率は、前記第1の導電層(1111)の抵抗率よりも大きく、前記保護層(1112)の材料は、ポリマーマトリックス、導電性材料、および無機充填剤の少なくとも1つを有し、前記第2の集電体(112)は、第2の導電層からなり、前記第1の導電層(1111)の材料は、前記第2の導電層の材料と同じである、
電極アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記第1の導電層(1111)の両面にそれぞれ配置された2つの保護層(1112)がある、

請求項4に記載の電極アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記保護層(1112)の材料は、有機ポリマー絶縁材料、無機絶縁材料、および複合材料の少なくとも1つを有し、前記複合材料は、エポキシ樹脂ガラス繊維強化複合材料およびポリエステル樹脂ガラス繊維強化複合材料の少なくとも一方である、
請求項4に記載の電極アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記第1の導電層(1111)および前記第2の導電層の材料は、いずれも、金属である、
請求項1に記載の電極アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記第1の導電層(1111)の厚さは、前記第2の導電層の厚さ以下であり、前記第1の導電層(1111)の厚さは、1nm≦D2≦1μmの式を満たす、
請求項1または7に記載の電極アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記第1の集電体(111)の厚さと前記第2の集電体(112)の厚さの差は、5μm以下である、
請求項1または8に記載の電極アセンブリ(10)。 - 前記電極アセンブリ(10)の最外層の電極板は、前記第1の電極板(11)である、
請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の電極アセンブリ(10)。 - ハウジングと、
請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の電極アセンブリ(10)と、を有し、
前記電極アセンブリ(10)は、前記ハウジング内に配置されている、
電池(400)。 - 請求項11に記載の電池(400)を複数有する電池モジュール(300)。
- 請求項12に記載の電池モジュール(300)を複数有する電池パック(200)。
- 電池を使用するデバイスであって、
請求項11に記載の電池(400)を有し、前記電池(400)が、前記デバイスに電気エネルギーを供給するように構成されている、
デバイス。 - 電極アセンブリ(10)の製造法であって、
複数の第1の種類の電極板(1)、少なくとも1つの第2の種類の電極板(2)、および隔膜(3)を提供する工程であって、前記第1の種類の電極板(1)の極性は、前記第2の種類の電極板(2)の極性と反対であり、前記隔膜(3)は、隣接する前記第1の種類の電極板(1)と前記第2の種類の電極板(2)を分離するように構成され、前記複数の第1の種類の電極板(1)は、第1の電極板(11)および第2の電極板(12)を有し、前記第1の電極板(11)は、第1の集電体(111)を有し、前記第2の電極板(12)は、第2の集電体(112)を有し、前記第1の集電体(111)は、前記第1の種類の電極板(1)および前記第2の種類の電極板(2)が重畳される面に垂直な方向に沿って重畳して配置される、第1の導電層(1111)および保護層(1112)を有し、前記保護層(1112)の抵抗率は、前記第1の導電層(1111)の抵抗率よりも大きく、前記保護層(1112)の材料は、ポリマーマトリックス、導電性材料、および無機充填剤の少なくとも1つを有し、前記第2の集電体(112)は、第2の導電層からなり、前記第1の導電層(1111)の材料は、前記第2の導電層の材料と同じである、工程と、
前記複数の第1の種類の電極板(1)、前記少なくとも1つの第2の種類の電極板(2)、および前記隔膜(3)を重畳して配置する工程と、

複数の第1の種類の電極板(1)、少なくとも1つの第2の種類の電極板(2)、および隔膜(3)を提供するように構成された電極板配置機構(501)であって、前記第1の種類の電極板(1)の極性は、前記第2の種類の電極板(2)の極性と反対であり、前記隔膜(3)は、隣接する前記第1の種類の電極板(1)と前記第2の種類の電極板(2)を分離するように構成され、前記複数の第1の種類の電極板(1)は、第1の電極板(11)および第2の電極板(12)を有し、前記第1の電極板(11)は、第1の集電体(111)を有し、前記第2の電極板(12)は、第2の集電体(112)を有し、前記第1の集電体(111)は、前記第1の種類の電極板(1)および前記第2の種類の電極板(2)が重畳される面に垂直な方向に沿って重畳して配置される、第1の導電層(1111)および保護層(1112)を有し、前記保護層(1112)の抵抗率は、前記第1の導電層(1111)の抵抗率よりも大きく、前記保護層(1112)の材料は、ポリマーマトリックス、導電性材料、および無機充填剤の少なくとも1つを有し、前記第2の集電体(112)は、第2の導電層からなり、前記第1の導電層(1111)の材料は、前記第2の導電層の材料と同じである、電極板配置機構(501)と、
