Claims (11)
- 電極コンポーネントであって、極性が逆である第一の極板と第二の極板とを含み、前記第一の極板と前記第二の極板は、重畳して設置され、
前記第一の極板は、第一の活物質部と、前記第一の活物質部から突出する複数の第一の非活物質部とを含み、複数の前記第一の非活物質部は、積層して設置されており、
少なくとも隣接する二つの前記第一の非活物質部の間には、接続層が設けられ、前記接続層と前記第一の活物質部は、第一の方向に沿って間隔をおいて設置され、隣接する二つの前記第一の非活物質部を接続するために用いられ、前記第一の方向は、前記第一の非活物質部が前記第一の活物質部から突出する方向であり、
前記第二の極板は、第二の活物質部と、前記第二の活物質部から突出する複数の第二の非活物質部とを含み、複数の前記第二の非活物質部は、積層して設置されており、
前記電極コンポーネントは、隔離部と前記隔離部から突出する突出部とを含むセパレータをさらに含み、前記隔離部は、前記第一の活物質部と前記第二の活物質部とを隔離するために用いられ、
前記突出部の前記隔離部から乖離する端部は、隣接する二つの前記第一の非活物質部の間に位置しており、且つ前記接続層は、前記端部を前記第一の非活物質部に固定する、電極コンポーネント。 - 前記第一の非活物質部は、前記第一の方向に沿って連続して設置される第一の領域と、第二の領域と、第三の領域とを含み、前記第二の領域は、少なくとも一部が前記接続層により覆われ、前記第一の領域と前記第三の領域は、いずれも前記接続層により覆われておらず、前記第二の領域は、前記第一の領域の前記第一の活物質部から乖離する側に位置する、請求項1に記載の電極コンポーネント。
- 前記接続層と前記第一の非活物質部は、第二の方向の周縁に沿って間隔をおいて設置され、前記第二の方向は、前記第一の方向に垂直である、請求項1に記載の電極コンポーネント。
- 前記接続層は、ホットメルト接着剤であり、前記第一の非活物質部の表面に接着される、請求項1に記載の電極コンポーネント。
- 任意の二つの隣接する前記第一の非活物質部の間には、いずれも前記接続層が設置されている、請求項1に記載の電極コンポーネント。
- 隣接する二つの前記第一の非活物質部の間には、複数の前記接続層が設置されており、複数の前記接続層は、第二の方向に沿って間隔をおいて設置され、前記第二の方向は、前記第一の方向に垂直である、請求項1に記載の電極コンポーネント。
- 電池セルであって、
ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに設置される電極端子と、
少なくとも一つの、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の電極コンポーネントとを含み、前記電極コンポーネントは、前記ハウジングに収容され、前記第一の非活物質部は、前記電極端子に電気的に接続される、電池セル。 - 前記電池セルは、前記電極端子と前記第一の非活物質部とを接続するための集電部材をさらに含み、
前記第一の非活物質部は、前記接続層により覆われておらず且つ前記接続層の前記第一の活物質部から乖離する側に位置する領域が、前記集電部材に溶接するために用いられる、請求項7に記載の電池セル。 - 前記第一の非活物質部は、前記接続層により覆われた領域で折り曲げられる、請求項8に記載の電池セル。
- 電池であって、
筐体と、
少なくとも一つの、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載の電池セルとを含み、前記電池セルは、前記筐体内に収容される、電池。 - 電力消費機器であって、請求項10に記載の電池を含み、前記電池は、電気エネルギを提供するために用いられる、電力消費機器。
