Claims (7)
- フレームを取得することと、
複数の取り付け要素で前記フレームにコーティングされていない多孔性ウェブを取り付けることと、
前記フレームに取り付けられた前記多孔性ウェブの少なくとも一部と、前記多孔性ウェブを前記フレームに取り付ける少なくとも前記複数の取り付け要素の一部とにコーティングを適用して内側スカートと複数の弁リーフレットとを形成することと、
を含む心臓弁を製造する方法。 - 前記多孔性ウェブは、メッシュからなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記複数の取り付け要素は、複数の縫合糸からなる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔性ウェブにコーティングを適用する工程は、前記多孔性ウェブ内の細孔を閉塞することをさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- エレクトロスピニングで形成された基材を前記フレームおよび前記多孔性ウェブのうちの少なくとも一方に取り付けることをさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記エレクトロスピニングで形成された基材は、少なくとも1つの弁リーフレットに対応する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記エレクトロスピニングで形成された基材は、ポリイソブチレンウレタン(PIB-PUR)コポリマーを含有しており、前記多孔性ウェブは、ポリエチレンテレフタレートを含有している、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
