Claims (29)

- 粘度の測定値を入力として受け取り、前記粘度の測定値を少なくとも1つの基準値と比較し、フィードバック制御を用いて再生ポリマー材料の粘度を変化させるための制御ユニット21をさらに備え、前記制御ユニット21は、前記均質化装置6内の前記再生ポリマー材料の温度に作用することによって、前記再生ポリマー材料の粘度を、フィードバック制御を用いて変化させるように構成される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記リサイクル装置2と前記ノズル9との間に介在し前記再生ポリマー材料の粘度を測定するための少なくとも1つの粘度測定装置をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの粘度測定装置は、前記均質化装置6の上流および下流にそれぞれ位置する2つの粘度測定要素19、20を備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- ノズル9によってポリマー材料の流を供給するステップと、前記流からポリマー材料のドーズ16を分離するステップと、前記ドーズ16を金型10内で圧縮成形することによって物品を作製するステップと、を含む方法であって、ここで、前記流から分離した前記ドーズ16は、大気環境中の経路に沿って前記金型10に向かって搬送され、その経路に沿ってドーズ16が大気と接触し、ここで、前記ポリマー材料の流は、リサイクルされるポリマー材料を受け取り成形に適した溶融再生ポリマー材料をその送出口で提供するリサイクル装置2から到達し、前記ノズル9は、リサイクル装置2に接続され、その結果、ノズル9は、再生ポリマー材料を供給される、方法。
- 前記リサイクル装置2の下流において、前記溶融再生ポリマー材料の流を熱的に均質化するステップをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記均質化するステップは、前記溶融再生ポリマー材料を少なくとも部分的に冷却することを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記均質化するステップの間に、前記溶融再生ポリマー材料の少なくとも高温部分を冷却することによって、前記再生ポリマー材料の流が有し得る温度範囲を狭める、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記範囲は、前記均質化するステップの間に少なくとも半減される程度を有する、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記範囲の前記程度は、前記均質化するステップの前に前記程度が有していた値の1/4未満に減少される、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記再生ポリマー材料の流は、前記均質化するステップの終了時に、前記ポリマー材料の溶融温度より低い平均温度を有する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記リサイクル装置2と前記ノズル9との間に介在する位置において前記再生ポリマー材料の粘度を測定し、粘度の測定値を少なくとも1つの基準値と比較し、フィードバック制御を用いて再生ポリマー材料の前記粘度を変化させるステップをさらに含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記リサイクル装置2は、前記リサイクルされるポリマー材料と、同じ物質の一定量のバージンポリマー材料と、を供給され、ここで、前記再生ポリマー材料の粘度は、リサイクルされるポリマー材料の量に対するバージンポリマー材料の量に作用することによって変化する、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記リサイクル装置2は、前記リサイクルされるポリマー材料と、前記リサイクルされるポリマー材料の少なくとも1つの特性を変更する追加材料と、を供給され、ここで、前記再生ポリマー材料の前記粘度は、前記リサイクルされるポリマー材料の量に対する前記追加材料の量に作用することによって変化する、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記再生ポリマー材料の粘度は、前記リサイクル装置2の少なくとも1つの作動パラメータに作用することによって変更される、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記リサイクル装置2と前記ノズル9との間に介在する位置において前記再生ポリマー材料の粘度を測定し、粘度の測定値を少なくとも1つの基準値と比較し、フィードバック制御を用いて再生ポリマー材料の前記粘度を変化させるステップをさらに含み、ここで、前記再生ポリマー材料の粘度は、前記均質化するステップの間に再生された前記ポリマー材料の温度に作用することによって変化される、請求項19に記載の方法。
