33.実施形態23から32のいずれか1つの方法であって、第1層構造および/または第2層構造の層は、実施形態14から21のいずれか1つで定義された厚さを持つ。
34.電動モータを含む血管内血液ポンプであって、この電動モータは、実施形態1から22のいずれか1つで定義された永久磁石を含む。
コーティングの浮き上がりまたは座屈が0.1mmに達した場合に、磁石が破損したとする。
磁石は、破損までの時間が少なくとも70日である場合に、試験に合格したとする。
試験に合格した場合、即ち、破損までの時間が少なくとも70日である場合に、本発明において、磁石は耐食性であるとする。
Claims (16)
- 電動モータを含む血管内血液ポンプであって、前記電動モータが、耐食性永久磁石を含み、前記磁石が、
磁石体と、
前記磁石体上に設けられ、その表面を覆っている複合コーティングと、
を含み、
前記複合コーティングが、前記磁石体上の第1層構造と、必要に応じて、前記第1層構造上の第2層構造とを含み、
それぞれの前記層構造が、
無機層と、
前記無機層上のリンカ層と、
前記リンカ層上の、ポリ(2-クロロ-p-キシリレン)から成る有機層と、
を、挙げた順に含み、
前記第1層構造の無機層が、前記磁石体上のアルミニウム層を含む、または、前記磁石体上のアルミニウム層と前記アルミニウム層上の酸化アルミニウム層とを含む、のいずれかであり、
前記第2層構造の無機層が、アルミニウム層または酸化アルミニウム層の少なくとも1つを含み、
前記複合コーティングが、少なくとも50nmの厚さを持つ少なくとも1つの酸化アルミニウム層を備えている、
ことを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。 - 請求項1に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記第1層構造と前記第2層構造との間にリンカ層を設けることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1または2に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記第2層構造の無機層が酸化アルミニウム層であることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記磁石体が焼結磁石体であることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記磁石体が希土類金属鉄ホウ素永久磁石であることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記磁石体が、全ての縁が丸みを帯びている棒状であることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記リンカ層の少なくとも1つを形成するリンカが、シラン類、およびチオール、ホスフィン、またはジスルフィド基を持つシラン類より選ばれることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項7に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記リンカが、3-(2-ピリジルエチル)チオプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3-(4-ピリジルエチル)チオプロピルトリメトキシシラン、および2-(ジフェニルホスフィノ)エチルトリエトキシシランより選ばれることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記第1層構造および/または前記第2層構造のアルミニウム層の厚さが、0.5μmから15μm、または1μmから10μm、あるいは1μmから5μmであることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記第1層構造および/または前記第2層構造の酸化アルミニウム層の厚さが、50nmから200nm、または80nmから120nmであることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記第1層構造および/または前記第2層構造のアルミニウム層と酸化アルミニウム層とを合わせた厚さが5μmから15μmの範囲であることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記リンカ層の少なくとも1つが単層であり、または、前記リンカ層が20nmから50nmの範囲の厚さを持つことを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記第1層構造および/または前記第2層構造の、ポリ(2-クロロ-p-キシリレン)から成る層の厚さが5μmから20μmの範囲であることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記複合コーティングの厚さが200μm以下であることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項14に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記複合コーティングの厚さが50μm以下であることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
- 請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の血管内血液ポンプであって、前記複合コーティングの全ての層が前記磁石体の全ての表面の上に完全に広がっていることを特徴とする血管内血液ポンプ。
