Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る温度センサ付き配線部品を、そのコネクタ部への嵌合相手である相手側コネクタと共に示す斜視図である。図2は、温度センサ付き配線部品の各構成要素を示す斜視図である。図3は、温度センサ付き配線部品のモールド樹脂部材を仮想線で示し、その内部を実線で示す斜視図である。図4(a)及び(b)は、温度センサ付き配線部品の断面図である。
以上説明した本発明の実施の形態によれば、金型を用いてモールド樹脂部材50をモールド成形する際に、この金型のキャビティから温度センサ3のリード線31,32に接続された複数の信号線を導出する必要がない。このため、温度センサ付き配線部品1を自動化された製造設備で製造しやすくなり、低コスト化を図ることが可能となる。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (3)
- 電線と、前記電線の温度を検出する検出部及び複数のリード線を有する温度センサと、前記複数のリード線にそれぞれ接続された複数のコネクタピンとを備え、
前記電線、前記温度センサ、及び前記複数のコネクタピンが、樹脂からなる保持体に一括して保持されており、
前記保持体は、前記複数のコネクタピンを保持するコネクタハウジング部材と、前記電線を保持する電線保持部材と、前記温度センサを保持するセンサ保持部材と、前記コネクタハウジング部材の一部を覆うモールド樹脂部材とを含み、
前記電線保持部材及び前記センサ保持部材が、前記コネクタハウジング部材と共に前記モールド樹脂部材によって一体化されている、
温度センサ付き配線部品。 - 前記電線保持部材には、前記センサ保持部材を収容する収容穴が形成されており、
前記センサ保持部材が前記収容穴に収容された状態で、前記電線保持部材と前記センサ保持部材とが一体化されている、
