Claims (19)
- ポリマー膜であって、少なくとも1つの第1層及び第2層を含み、前記第1層及び前記第2層は各々がポリビニルアセタール樹脂及び可塑剤を含み、
前記ポリマー膜は-20℃~20℃において第1損失正接ピーク値を有し、且つ20℃~50℃において第2損失正接ピーク値を有し、
前記ポリマー膜は前記第1損失正接ピーク値と前記第2損失正接ピーク値との間に損失正接ボトム値を有し、それは0.15~0.45であり、
前記ポリマー膜の10℃における損失正接は0.5未満であり、前記損失正接は1Hzの振とう数において決定されるポリマー膜。 - 前記第1損失正接ピーク値は前記第2損失正接ピーク値よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のポリマー膜。
- 前記第1損失正接ピーク値と前記第2損失正接ピーク値の比の値は1.7~3.0である、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 前記第1損失正接ピーク値は0.80~1.50である、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 前記第2損失正接ピーク値は0.30~0.90である、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 前記第1層の前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂100重量部に対して、前記可塑剤は50~90重量部であり、且つ、
前記第2層の前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂100重量部に対して、前記可塑剤は30~60重量部である、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。 - 前記第1層の前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂はポリビニルアルコールとアルデヒド類のアセタール化反応により得たものであり、且つ前記ポリビニルアルコールの合成固形分は12%より大きい、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 前記第1層の前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂の仮比重は0.200~0.250である、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 前記第1層の前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂の重合度は1800~4000である、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 前記第1層の前記ポリビニルアセタール樹脂は、
アセチル化度が12mol%より大きい場合、重合度は3000~4000であり、水酸基含有比率は26mol%より大きい、
アセチル化度が8mol%~12mol%である場合、重合度は2000~3200であり、水酸基含有比率は26mol%より小さい、
アセチル化度が4mol%より大きく8mol%より小さい場合、重合度は1800~3200であり、水酸基含有比率は26mol%より小さい、という条件のうちの1つを満たしている、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。 - 3層構造であり、前記3層構造のうち、上下の2層は第2層であり、中間に第1層が挟まれている、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 合わせガラス用の中間膜とされ、その厚みは0.5~2mmである、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 調製後28日目に、ISO 16940の機械インピーダンス法に基づき10℃において得られる損失係数は0.15より大きい、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 調製後28日目に、ISO 16940の機械インピーダンス法に基づき20℃において得られる損失係数は0.25より大きい、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 調製後28日目に、ISO 16940の機械インピーダンス法に基づき30℃において得られる損失係数は0.15より大きい、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。
- 10℃における損失係数の経時変化量は0%より大きく、前記経時変化量は以下の公式により計算され、
(調製後28日目の損失係数-調製後1日目の損失係数)/調製後1日目の損失係数*100%、
そのうち、前記損失係数はISO 16940の機械インピーダンス法に基づき10℃において測定して得る、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。 - 20℃における損失係数の経時変化量は0%より大きく、前記経時変化量は以下の公式により計算され、
(調製後28日目の損失係数-調製後1日目の損失係数)/調製後1日目の損失係数*100%、
そのうち、前記損失係数はISO 16940の機械インピーダンス法に基づき20℃において測定して得る、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。 - 30℃における損失係数の経時変化量は-10%より大きく、前記経時変化量は以下の公式により計算され、
(調製後28日目の損失係数-調製後1日目の損失係数)/調製後1日目の損失係数*100%、
そのうち、前記損失係数はISO 16940の機械インピーダンス法に基づき30℃において測定して得る、請求項1又は2に記載のポリマー膜。 - 厚みは0.8mmであり、且つ前記第2層/第1層/第2層の厚みは0.335mm/0.13mm/0.335mmである、請求項11に記載のポリマー膜。
