Description
・ISO 1133に従って測定される10~40g/10分のメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃/2.16kg)、
・ISO 11357に従ってDSCによって測定される149~160℃の溶融温度Tm、及び
・GPCによって決定される2.4~4.5の分子量分布MWD
を有するポリプロピレンを含むか又はこれらからなるポリプロピレン組成物の、物品の押出コーティングのための使用を提供する。
a)第1の反応器(R1)において、プロピレンを重合してポリマー画分(PPH-1)を得る工程と、
b)前記ポリマー画分(PPH-1)及び前記第1の反応器の未反応モノマーを第2の反応器(R2)に移送する工程と、
c)前記第2の反応器(R2)にプロピレンを供給する工程と、
d)前記第2の反応器(R2)において、前記ポリマー画分(PPH-1)の存在下でプロピレンを重合して(PPH-1)と完全混合されたポリマー画分(PPH-2)を得、結果として最終ポリプロピレンを得る工程と
を含むプロセスで製造され、ここで、好ましくは、重合は、本明細書に記載の実施形態のいずれか1つにおいて、メタロセン触媒系の存在下で行われる。
・温度は、40℃~110℃、好ましくは60℃~100℃、より好ましくは65~95℃の範囲内である。
・圧力は、20bar~80bar、好ましくは40bar~70barの範囲内である。
・水素は、それ自体既知の方法でモル質量を制御するために添加することができる。
・温度は、50℃~130℃、好ましくは60℃~100℃の範囲内である。
・圧力は、5bar~50bar、好ましくは15bar~40barの範囲内である。
・水素は、それ自体既知の方法でモル質量を制御するために添加することができる。
a)メルトフローレートMFR2の測定
MFR2(230℃)は、ISO 1133(230℃、2.16kg荷重)に従って測定される。
w(A1)は、ポリマー画分PPH-1の重量分率[重量%]であり、
w(A2)は、ポリマー画分PPH-2の重量分率[重量%]であり、
MFR(A1)は、ポリマー画分PPH-1のメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃)[g/10分]であり、
MFR(A)は、ポリプロピレン(PPH)全体のメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃)[g/10分]であり、
MFR(A2)は、ポリマー画分PPH-2の計算されたメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃)[g/10分]である。
定量的核磁気共鳴(NMR)分光法を更に用いて、ポリマーのコモノマー含有量及びコモノマー配列分布を定量した。定量的13C{1H}NMRスペクトルは、1H及び13Cについてそれぞれ400.15MHz及び100.62MHzで動作するBruker Advance III 400 NMR分光計を用いて、溶液状態で記録した。すべてのスペクトルは、13Cに最適化された10mm拡張温度プローブヘッドを用いて、すべての気体に窒素ガスを使用して125℃で記録した.約200mgの材料を3mlの1,2-テトラクロロエタン-d2(TCE-d2)にクロム-(III)-アセチルアセトナート(Cr(acac)3)と共に溶解し、溶媒中の緩和剤65mM溶液とした(Singh,G.,Kothari,A.,Gupta,V.,Polymer Testing 28 5 (2009),475)。均一な溶液を得るために、ヒートブロックでの最初の試料調製後、NMRチューブを回転式オーブンで少なくとも1時間更に加熱した。磁石に挿入した後、チューブを10Hzで回転させた。この設定は、主にエチレン含有量を正確に定量するために必要な高分解能及び定量性のために選択された。最適化されたチップ角、1秒間のリサイクル遅延、及びバイレベルのWALTZ16デカップリング方式を用いて、NOEなしの標準単一パルス励起を採用した(Zhou,Z.,Kuemmerle,R.,Qiu,X.,Redwine,D.,Cong,R.,Taha,A.,Baugh,D.Winniford,B.,J.Mag.Reson.187(2007)225;Busico,V.,Carbonniere,P.,Cipullo,R.,Pellecchia,R.,Severn,J.,Talarico,G.、Macromol.Rapid Commun.Rapid Commun.2007,28,1128)。1スペクトルあたり合計6144(6k)のトランジェントを取得した。

この一連の部位を使用すると、対応する積分方程式は次のようになる。

ここでは、Wangらの論文で使用されたのと同じ表記を使用している(Wang,W-J.,Zhu,S.,Macromolecules 33 (2000),1157)。絶対的なプロピレン含有量に使用した方程式は変更しなかった。

本発明で定義及び記載されるキシレン可溶(XS)画分は、ISO 16152に従って以下のように決定された。ポリマー2.0gを、攪拌下、135℃で250mlのp-キシレンに溶解させた。30分後、溶液を周囲温度で15分間冷却し、その後、25±0.5℃で30分間静置した。この溶液を濾紙で濾過し、2つの100mlフラスコに入れた。最初の100ml容器の溶液を窒素気流中で蒸発させ、残渣を90℃の真空下で一定重量に達するまで乾燥させた。次いで、キシレン可溶画分(%)を以下のように決定することができる。

v=分析された試料の体積(ml)
データは、TA Instrument Q2000示差走査熱量計(DSC)を用いて、5~7mgの試料について測定した。DSCは、ISO 11357/パート3/メソッドC2に従って、-30~+225℃の温度範囲で、10℃/分のスキャン速度で加熱/冷却/加熱サイクルで実行される。
曲げ弾性率は、EN ISO 1873-2に準拠して射出成形された80×10×4mm3の試験棒に対してISO 178に従って決定される。
ヘキサン抽出率は、FDA法(federal registration、タイトル21、チャプター1、パート177、セクション1520、付属書B)に従い、溶融温度220℃及びチルロール温度20℃の単層キャストフィルムラインで製造した厚さ100μmのキャストフィルムに対して測定される。抽出は、50℃の温度及び30分の抽出時間で行われた。
数平均分子量(Mn)、重量平均分子量(Mw)及び多分散度(Mw/Mn)は、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)により、以下の方法に従って決定された。
コーティングのシーリング挙動は、ホットタック力を測定することにより、以下のように決定した。
最大ホットタック力、すなわち力/温度図の最大値が決定され報告された。ホットタック測定は、ASTM F 1921の方法に従い、J&Bホットタック試験機で行った。この規格では、試料を幅15mmに切断する必要がある。試料は、ホットタック試験機に垂直に配置され、両端がメカニカルロックに取り付けられている。次に、試験機でシールし、そのホットシールを引き抜き、その抵抗力を測定する。
シーリングのパラメータは次のようであった。

- ・ISO 1133に従って測定される10~40g/10分のメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃/2.16kg)、
・ISO 11357に従ってDSCによって決定される149~160℃の溶融温度Tm、及び
・GPCによって決定される2.4~4.5の分子量分布MWDを有するポリプロピレンを含むポリプロピレン組成物の、物品の押出コーティングのための使用。 - 前記ポリプロピレンが、プロピレンホモポリマーである、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリプロピレンが、13C NMRによって測定される、0.01~1.2モル%の、2,1部位欠陥及び3,1部位欠陥の数を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリプロピレンが、シングルサイト触媒の存在下で製造されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリプロピレンが、15~37g/10分のメルトフローレートMFR2及び/又はISO 11357に従ってDSCによって決定される150~158℃の溶融温度Tmを有する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリプロピレンが、20~35g/10分のメルトフローレートMFR2及び/又はISO 11357に従ってDSCによって決定される153~157℃の溶融温度Tmを有する、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリプロピレンが、GPCによって決定される2.5~4.5のMWD及び/又はISO 16152に従って決定される0.05~5重量%未満の冷キシレン可溶(XCS)画分を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリプロピレンが、GPCによって決定された2.7~4.0のMWD及び/又はISO 16152に従って決定される0.1~4重量%の冷キシレン可溶(XCS)画分を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリプロピレンが、ISO 11357に従ってDSCによって決定される100~130℃の範囲の結晶化温度Tc及び/又はISO 178に従って射出成形試験片に対して決定される1200~1800MPaの曲げ弾性率を有する、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリプロピレンが、ISO 11357に従ってDSCによって決定される105~125℃の範囲の結晶化温度Tc及び/又はISO 178に従って射出成形試験片に対して決定される1250~1650MPaの曲げ弾性率を有する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 前記ポリプロピレンが、ISO 11357に従ってDSCによって決定される110~120℃の範囲の結晶化温度Tc及び/又はISO 178に従って射出成形試験片に対して決定される1300~1600MPaの曲げ弾性率を有する、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 物品に押出コーティングする方法であって、
・ISO 1133に従って測定される10~40g/10分のメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃/2.16kg)、
・ISO 11357に従ってDSCによって決定される149~160℃の溶融温度Tm、及び
・GPCによって決定される2.4~4.5の分子量分布MWD
を有するポリプロピレンを含むポリプロピレン組成物を、押出により物品上にコーティングする、方法。 - 前記物品が、紙、板紙、繊維基材、及び/又は金属箔である、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の使用又は方法。
- コーティングされた物品であって、
・ISO 1133に従って測定される10~40g/10分のメルトフローレートMFR2(230℃/2.16kg)、
