Description
本実施形態において、第1工程は、ストッパブラケット組付工程である。第1工程では、ストッパ6をブラケット5に固定してストッパブラケット1Bを形成する。本実施形態では、第1工程はさらに、第1工程Aと、第1工程Bとの、2つの工程を含む。
第1工程Aは、位置決め突起10に被覆部13を設ける被覆処理工程(被覆剤塗布工程)である。第1工程Aでは、ストッパ6に設けられた弾性部材8の一部として軸線方向一方側に延在している位置決め突起10の、少なくとも膨出部12に、固化の後に剥離可能な被覆剤Cを塗布する。
第1工程Bは、位置決め突起10を位置決め孔A1に固定するための組付け工程(抜け止め工程)である。第1工程Bでは、第1工程Aが終了した、被覆剤Cの固化の後に、位置決め突起10をブラケット5に形成された位置決め孔A1に押し込んで当該膨出部12をブラケット5に対して抜け止めさせる。
本実施形態において、第2工程は、サスペンション側組付工程である。第2工程では、防振本体1Aをサスペンションメンバ30に取り付ける。本実施形態では、例えば、上述のとおり、防振本体1Aをサスペンションメンバ30の取付部31に押し込んで圧入する。これによって、図1に示すように防振本体1Aをサスペンションメンバ30に取り付けることができる。
本実施形態において、第3工程は、ボディ側組付工程である。第3工程では、図1に示すように、防振本体1Aをストッパブラケット1Bとともにボディ40に取り付ける。本実施形態では、第3工程は、例えば、サスペンションメンバ30に取り付けられた防振本体1Aをボディ40の位置決め部41に位置合わせる工程と、ストッパブラケット1Bを防振本体1Aの下端部(弾性本体4)に当てて、ボルトシャフト15aを防振本体1Aに通す工程と、ボルト15を締めて、防振装置1をサスペンションメンバ30とともにボディに固定する工程を含むことができる。
Claims (8)
- 内筒と、外筒と、前記内筒と前記外筒とを連結する弾性本体と、を備える防振本体と、前記防振本体の軸線方向一方側に配置されているブラケットと、前記防振本体と前記ブラケットとの間に配置されているストッパと、を備えている防振装置を得るための、防振装置の製造方法であって、
前記ストッパに設けられた弾性部材の一部として軸線方向一方側に延在している位置決め突起の、少なくとも膨出部に、固化の後に前記位置決め突起の変形によって剥離可能な被覆部を形成する被覆剤を塗布する工程と、
前記被覆剤の固化の後に、前記位置決め突起の前記膨出部を前記ブラケットに形成された位置決め孔に押し込んで当該膨出部を前記ブラケットに対して抜け止めさせる工程と、を含んでいる、防振装置の製造方法。 - 前記被覆剤は、防錆剤である、請求項1に記載された、防振装置の製造方法。
- 前記位置決め突起の全体に、前記被覆剤を塗布する、請求項1又は2に記載された、防振装置の製造方法。
- 内筒と、外筒と、前記内筒と前記外筒とを連結する弾性本体と、を備える防振本体と、前記防振本体の軸線方向一方側に配置されているブラケットと、前記防振本体と前記ブラケットとの間に配置されているストッパと、を備えている防振装置に用いられる、防振装置の前記ストッパであって、
前記ストッパは、開口部が形成されている剛体部材と、弾性部材と、を備えており、
前記弾性部材は、前記剛体部材を被覆しているストッパ本体と、前記ストッパ本体に連なっている位置決め突起と、を備えており、
前記位置決め突起は、前記ストッパ本体の一部として軸線方向一方側に延在しているとともに前記ブラケットに形成された位置決め孔を貫通可能な軸部と、前記軸部の先端に連なって前記ブラケットに対する抜け止めとなる膨出部と、少なくとも当該膨出部の表面に設けられているとともに前記位置決め突起の変形によって剥離可能な被覆部と、を備えている、防振装置のストッパ。 - 前記被覆部は、防錆剤によって形成されている、請求項4に記載された、防振装置のストッパ。
- 内筒と、外筒と、前記内筒と前記外筒とを連結する弾性本体と、を備える防振本体と、
前記防振本体の軸線方向一方側に配置されているブラケットと、
前記防振本体と前記ブラケットとの間に配置されているストッパと、を備えており、
前記ブラケットには、軸線方向に貫通している位置決め孔が形成されており、
前記ストッパは、開口部が形成されている剛体部材と、弾性部材と、を備えており、
前記弾性部材は、前記剛体部材を被覆しているストッパ本体と、前記ストッパ本体に連なっている位置決め突起と、を備えており、
前記位置決め突起は、前記ストッパ本体の一部として軸線方向一方側に延在しているとともに前記位置決め孔を貫通している軸部と、前記軸部の先端に連なって前記ブラケットに対して抜け止めされている膨出部と、当該膨出部の表面のうちの一部のみに設けられているとともに前記位置決め突起の変形によって剥離可能な被覆部と、を備えている、防振装置。 - 前記被覆部は、防錆剤によって形成されている、請求項6に記載された防振装置。
- 前記被覆部は、前記膨出部の軸線方向一方側表面上に位置している、請求項6又は7に記載された防振装置。
