Claims (9)
- 計算機(6)による、画像検出システムを備えた印刷機(7)の自動較正のための方法であって、前記方法は、
・所定の偏差を伴う、少なくとも1つの、印刷が施されたモデル基材(9)を前記印刷機(7)に差し込むステップと、
・前記画像検出システムによって、前記印刷が施されたモデル基材(9)のデジタル画像を作成するステップと、
・前記計算機(6)によって、印刷の質を最適化するために、前記印刷機(7)のコンフィギュレーションパラメータ(17)に対する、前記所定の偏差を含んだ実際補償値(15)を計算するステップと、
・作成された前記実際補償値(15)と、前記印刷が施されたモデル基材(9)の前記所定の偏差から既知の目標補償値(18)と、を比較するステップと、
・前記計算機(6)によって前記比較を評価することによって前記印刷機(7)の機能性を検査するステップおよび/または前記計算機(6)によって評価された前記比較を用いて前記印刷機(7)を較正するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 少なくとも1つの、前記印刷が施されたモデル基材(9)は、構造が同じ印刷機において事前に印刷されている、または、プルーフプロッター上で、少なくとも、前記印刷機(7)における解像度と同じ解像度で作成されたものである、
請求項1記載の方法。 - 前記所定の偏差を伴う、少なくとも1つの、印刷が施されたモデル基材(9)の差し込みを伴う第1の試行に対して、第2の試行において、前記所定の偏差を伴う、少なくとも1つのデジタルテスト画像(13)が前記画像検出システムに供給され、前記デジタルテスト画像に対して、前記計算機(6)によって、印刷の質の最適化のために、前記印刷機(7)のコンフィギュレーションパラメータ(17)に対する、前記所定の偏差を含んだ前記第2の試行の実際補償値(16)が計算され、前記第2の試行の前記実際補償値が、前記第1の試行の前記実際補償値(15)および前記目標補償値(18)と比較され、これによって、データ作成部およびデータ処理部の機能性が前記画像検出システムによって、前記印刷機(7)の印刷ユニット(4,5)までのデータ区間および補償アルゴリズムにわたって評価される、
請求項1または2記載の方法。 - 印刷動作を伴わずに、前記第1の試行の前記実際補償値と前記第2の試行の前記実際補償値とを比較することによって、ハードウェア問題、ならびに配線エラー、アドレッシングエラー、ファームウェアエラーおよびソフトウェアエラーに関する前記印刷機(7)の検査が実行される、
請求項3記載の方法。 - 前記ハードウェア問題は、印刷基材搬送ならびにカメラアライメントまたは前記画像検出システムのレンズエラーを含んでいる、
請求項4記載の方法。 - 異なる密度プロファイルおよび/または補償プロファイルを有する、複数の前記印刷が施されたモデル基材(9)が差し込まれ、これによって、平均化されたテスト結果を作成することができる、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記印刷機(7)は、インクジェット枚葉印刷機(7)であり、前記印刷が施されたモデル基材(9)は、モデル枚葉紙(9)である、
請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記インクジェット枚葉印刷機(7)の前記コンフィギュレーションパラメータ(17)は、前記インクジェット枚葉印刷機(7)の色密度および色値を制御するためのパラメータならびに枚葉紙搬送を制御するためのパラメータおよび故障している印刷ノズルに関する情報を含んでいる、
請求項7記載の方法。 - 前記インクジェット枚葉印刷機(7)をさらに較正するために、印刷ヘッドデータ(14)がシミュレートされ、ここでは正常動作からの所定の偏差を伴う仮想の印刷ヘッドが使用される、
請求項7または8記載の方法。
