Description
Claims (4)
- 被検体の直腸内に挿入される細長形状の挿入部を備える経直腸超音波プローブであって、
前記挿入部は、
前記挿入部の側方に向かって超音波を送信する超音波振動子と、
前記超音波振動子よりも近位側に設けられる細長形状のシャフトであって、近位側から遠位側へ向かう延伸方向が、前記超音波振動子による前記超音波の送信方向の反対方向側に曲がるように湾曲したシャフトと、
を有し、
前記超音波振動子は、前記シャフトの遠位端に接続される挿入先端部に設けられ、
前記挿入先端部は、前記シャフトに対して、前記超音波の送信方向側に屈曲した方向に延伸している、
ことを特徴とする経直腸超音波プローブ。 - 前記挿入先端部の延伸方向は、前記シャフトの近位端部の延伸方向と平行である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の経直腸超音波プローブ。 - 前記シャフトの近位端部の延伸方向と、前記シャフトの遠位端部の延伸方向とが成す角度は、5~8度である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の経直腸超音波プローブ。 - 前記被検体の被検部位に穿刺される穿刺針と、
前記穿刺針が挿通される直線筒状の挿通部材を含み、前記シャフトに内包される穿刺針ガイド部材と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の経直腸超音波プローブ。
