Description

- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械であって、前記ブッシング(18)は、冷却体(71)によって径方向に取り囲まれ、前記冷却体(71)は、ステータフランジ(28)によって径方向に部分的に取り囲まれ、前記ステータ本体(25)および前記ステータフランジ(28)は、単一の部品として製造されるか、または互いに材料で接合されることを特徴とする、電気機械。
- 前記冷却体(71)は、前記冷却体(71)から熱を逃がすように冷却媒体を運ぶための冷却材チャネル(75)を備え、前記ステータフランジ(28)は、冷却材チャネル(75)の壁の少なくとも一部を形成する、請求項6に記載の電気機械。
- 前記ステータ本体(25)は、冷却材チャネル(75a)を備え、前記冷却材チャネル(75a)は、前記電気ステータ(3)を径方向に取り囲む領域に配置され、特に、前記ステータ本体(25)は、内側ステータ本体(25b)を径方向に取り囲む外側ステータ本体(25a)を備え、前記冷却材チャネルは、前記外側ステータ本体(25a)と前記内側ステータ本体(25b)との間に配置される、請求項6または7に記載の電気機械。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械であって、前記ステータ(1)は前記電気ステータ(3)に軸方向に隣接して配置された熱伝達壁(27)を有し、非導電性であって熱伝導性のギャップチューブ(29)は前記熱伝達壁(27)に熱結合され前記ロータ(5)に径方向に隣接し前記ロータ(5)が永久磁石(52)を備えている、電気機械。
- 前記熱伝達壁(27)は、前記電気ステータ(3)と前記冷却体(71)との間に配置される、請求項9に記載の電気機械。
- 前記熱伝達壁(27)は、前記ロータ(5)の近傍の前記永久磁石(52)によって引き起こされる前記熱伝達壁(27)における渦電流を減少させるための径方向スリット(24)を備える、請求項9または10のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 前記熱伝達壁(27)および前記ギャップチューブ(29)は、前記電気ステータ(3)と前記ロータ(5)との間の気密分離の一部を形成する、請求項9~11のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
- 前記熱伝達壁(27)が配置された前記ギャップチューブ(29)の近位端とは反対側の遠位端において前記ギャップチューブ(29)に熱結合された熱伝達フランジ(27b)を備え、特に、前記熱伝達フランジ(27b)は、冷却材チャネル(75b)を備える、請求項9~12のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械。
