Description

Claims (20)
- ヒト患者の解剖学的標的部位での整形外科手術用のねじであって、

前記頭部であって、
前記頭部の前記近端部での狭い基部と、前記頭部の末端部での幅広い基部と、前記狭い基部から前記幅広い基部へ拡大する内径と、前記長手方向軸に対して先細になって逆テーパー角を定める、前記狭い基部と前記幅広い基部との間に延びる湾曲した外側面とによって画定された逆円錐台断面形状と、
前記頭部の前記狭い基部から前記頭部の前記幅広い基部への方向で右回りに延びる少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじ山であって、前記少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじ山が、前記頭部が使用中に移植され、それによって骨の中への前記頭部の増力を強化するときに、前記解剖学的標的部位の一部を形成する前記骨と接触するねじ山表面積を遠位から近位の方向に拡大するために、前記幅広い基部から前記狭い基部へ拡大する、または一定のままである、前記頭部の外径を定める直径を有し、少なくとも1つのピッチを有する前記少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじ山と、
前記頭部の前記狭い基部から前記湾曲した外側面に沿った所定の場所に延びるベベル面であって、前記頭部が使用中に移植され、それによって前記頭部が骨に対して斜めに移植されるとき前記骨の外面を越えて前記頭部が延びる程度を削減または排除するときに、前記ベベル面が、前記解剖学的標的部位の一部を形成する前記骨の前記外面に対して概して平行に及び同一平面で配置され得るような寸法にされたベベル角を定めるために前記長手方向軸に平行である前記頭部の上面に対して傾けられる、前記ベベル面と、
前記頭部、前記シャンク、及び前記ネックが、前記シャンク、前記ネック、及び前記頭部を患者の解剖学的標的の中に打ち込むために前記長手方向軸の周りで回転され得るように、器具と協調するための寸法にされたドライブ特徴と
を含む前記頭部と、
前記シャンクであって、

を備える、ねじ。 - 前記頭部の前記逆テーパー角が4度と15度との間である、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記逆テーパー角が6度である、請求項2に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじの前記ピッチが、0.5mm~2.5mmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじ山の前記ピッチが、1.5mmである、請求項4に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじ山の前記ピッチが、前記ねじが使用中圧縮中性ねじとなるように、前記シャンクの前記少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじ山の前記ピッチに等しい、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじ山の前記ピッチが、(a)前記ねじが使用中圧縮ねじになるように前記シャンクの前記少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじ山のピッチに等しくない、及び(b)前記ねじが使用中圧縮ねじになるように、前記狭い基部での第1のピッチ及び前記幅広い基部での第2のピッチを含む変化するピッチのうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記ベベル角が1度と60度との間の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記ベベル角が50度である、請求項8に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記内径が1.75mm~9mmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記内径が前記幅広い基部で4.5mmである、請求項10に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記外径が2mm~10mmの範囲内である、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記外径が5mmである、請求項12に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記シャンクが、1.0mmと7.5mmとの間の範囲内の内径を有する、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記シャンクの前記内径が3mmである、請求項14に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記シャンクの前記外径が1.5mm~8mmの間の範囲内である、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記シャンクの前記外径が4mmである、請求項16に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記頭部の前記少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじ山の少なくとも1つが、前記ねじが骨の中に打ち込まれるにつれて骨材料を取り除くための切削縦溝及び前記ねじが骨から取り除かれるにつれて骨材料を取り除くための切削縦溝の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
- 前記シャンクの前記少なくとも1つの螺旋ねじ山の前記少なくとも1つが切削縦溝を含む、請求項1に記載の整形外科手術用のねじ。
