Description
図1に示すように、本実施形態による送達デバイス1は、カテーテルアセンブリとハンドル18とから構成される。詳細には、カテーテルアセンブリは、内部管状コア11、ガイド先端部12、シースチューブ13、内部チューブ14、アンカ15、移行部材16、及び曲げ制御可能チューブ17を備える。
実施形態1の移行部材16は、互いに連通する移行部161とカテーテル部162とを含むため、構造が複雑である。そのような構造的な複雑さにより、移植片2の移植も複雑になる。これを考慮して、図5に示すように、実施形態2による移植片送達デバイス1'は、修正された移行部材16を含む。

Claims (7)
- 移植片を装填、送達、及び配備するための送達デバイスであって、
ハンドルと、
内部管状コアと、
シースチューブと、
ガイド先端部と、
内部チューブと、
アンカと、
移行部材と、
曲げ制御可能チューブと、を備え、
前記内部管状コアが、近位端において、前記ハンドル内に配置された内部管状コア作動部材に結合され、前記内部管状コアが、遠位端において、前記ガイド先端部に結合され、
前記ガイド先端部が、前記内部管状コアの遠位端に配設されると共に、前記シースチューブの遠位端に固定接続され、
前記ハンドルが、前記ガイド先端部及び前記シースチューブを遠位端側へ動かすよう操作されるように構成され、
前記シースチューブが、前記移植片を押圧して保持するように構成され、前記内部管状コア上にスリーブ付けされ、
前記内部チューブは、前記内部管状コアと前記シースチューブとの間に配設され、前記内部チューブは、前記ハンドル内に配置された内部チューブファスナに、近位端において固定され、
前記アンカは、前記内部チューブの遠位端に固定接続し、前記移植片を保持するように構成され、
前記移行部材が、前記内部チューブ上にスリーブ付けされた管状構造として構成され、前記移行部材が、前記シースチューブ内に配設され、前記移行部材と前記シースチューブとが互いに部分的に嵌合し、
前記移行部材が移行部及び前記移行部と連通するカテーテル部を備え、前記移行部が、中空突起として構成され、前記移行部が、遠位端において、前記シースチューブの前記近位端に平滑に着脱可能に結合され、前記移行部が、前記カテーテル部の遠位端に平滑に固定接続する近位端を有し、
前記曲げ制御可能チューブが、前記カテーテル部上にスリーブ付けされ、前記曲げ制御可能チューブが、遠位端において、前記移行部の近位端に当接し、前記曲げ制御可能チューブが、近位端において、前記ハンドル内に配置された曲げ制御可能チューブ作動部材に結合され、前記曲げ制御可能チューブが、前記曲げ制御可能チューブの軸方向からの偏向の角度を調節するように適合された曲げ制御機構を備える、送達デバイス。 - 前記ガイド先端部が円錐形状を有し、
前記シースチューブの前記遠位端が、前記ガイド先端部の近位端に平滑に固定接続する、請求項1に記載の送達デバイス。 - 前記シースチューブが、近位端において、静摩擦により、前記移行部材に平滑に着脱可能に結合されている、請求項2に記載の送達デバイス。
- 前記曲げ制御可能チューブが、前記内部チューブ上にスリーブ付けされている、請求項1に記載の送達デバイス。
- 前記突起が、半円錐構造、半球構造、又は円錐台形構造を含む、請求項1に記載の送達デバイス。
- 前記移行部の少なくとも一部が、前記移行部の前記遠位端から前記近位端へ向かう方向で、徐々に減少する外径を有する、請求項1に記載の送達デバイス。
- 前記アンカが、複数の溝を備える、請求項1に記載の送達デバイス。
