- 圧電フィルムと、
前記圧電フィルムの主面に配置され、前記圧電フィルムを、折り曲げ可能な基材に貼り付ける粘着剤と、
を備え、
前記圧電フィルムの端面のうち少なくとも前記基材とともに折り曲げられる折り曲げ箇所が前記粘着剤で覆われている、
曲げセンサ。 - 前記圧電フィルムの前記主面は、第1主面および第2主面を有し、
前記粘着剤は、前記第1主面に配置される第1粘着剤および前記第2主面に配置される第2粘着剤を有し、
前記圧電フィルムの前記折り曲げ箇所が前記第1粘着剤または前記第2粘着剤で覆われている、
請求項1に記載の曲げセンサ。 - 前記第1粘着剤および前記第2粘着剤が接触している、
