Claims (7)
- 圧電フィルムと、
前記圧電フィルムの第一主面に配置される第一電極対と、
前記圧電フィルムの前記第一主面と対向する第二主面に配置される第二電極対と、
を備え、
前記第一電極対及び前記第二電極対はそれぞれ、垂直方向に対向する位置に配置され、
前記圧電フィルム上の第1の点における第1の押圧によって前記第一電極対及び前記第二電極対の間の圧電フィルムで発生する電荷と、前記圧電フィルムの第2の点において前記第1の押圧後に該第1の点にかかる荷重を固定して印加される第2の押圧によって前記第一電極対及び前記第二電極対の間の圧電フィルムで発生する電荷とを検出し、
前記第1の点又は前記第2の点にかかる荷重と押下位置とからなる線形関数から、前記第1の点及び前記第2の点をそれぞれ個別に算出して、前記第1の押圧と、前記第2の押圧とを個別に判別するセンサ。 - 前記第一電極対はそれぞれ、前記圧電フィルムの中心に対して対称の位置に配置されている請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記圧電フィルムの延伸方向は、前記圧電フィルムの辺に対して90度±10度である請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ。
- 前記圧電フィルムは矩形であり、
前記第一電極対及び前記第二電極対は、前記圧電フィルムの隅に配置されている請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記第一電極対及び前記第二電極対は、前記圧電フィルムの辺の長さの30%以内の範囲に配置されている請求項4に記載のセンサ。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のセンサを備えたタッチパネル。
- 請求項6に記載のタッチパネルを備えた電子機器。
