環流路52と、第2ラジェータ62と、第2ファン64とが集合して構成されたものである(図1,図2,図5等参照)。ここで、室外機Aは、ビルやマンション,アパート等の集合住宅の建築物の屋内に設置されることが多く、例えば、ビルの地下室或いは機械室等に設置されることが多い。また、通常の冷暖房装置のように、建築物の室外に設置されることもある。
室内機71に暖房又は冷房に適応した状態の冷媒を供給する役目をなしている。そして、パワーユニットA1とコンプレッサユニットA2は、まとめて一つの総合筐体9に組み込まれている。パワーユニットA1とコンプレッサユニットA2と総合筐体9とによって室外機Aが構成される。
5.54kw(5kw×1/0.95×1/0.95・・・外部供給電力)
14.46kw(20kw-5.54kw)・・・ヒートポンプ電力
である。
13.74×5.5=75.57kWとなる。
一方、エンジンの熱効率をηEとすると、燃料の持つエネルギQfは、
Qf=20kw/ηE となる。
従って、総合熱効率はηTは、
ηT=80.57kw/(20kW/ηE)≒4ηE・・・(1)
となる。
ηE=44×0.93≧40.92%・・・(2)
となる。
すなわち、総合熱効率は、160%となる。もし、直流発電機2で発電した電力を、全部、コンプレッサ41の駆動に使用したとすると、本システムでは200%以上の総合熱効率を実現可能である。

Claims (8)
- ガスエンジンと、該ガスエンジンの冷却水が循環する第1冷却水循環流路と第2冷却水循環流路と、前記第1冷却水循環流路内に設けられる第1ラジェータと、前記第2冷却水循環流路内に設けられる第2ラジェータと、冷却水が前記第1冷却水循環流路と前記第2冷却水循環流路の何れか一方に循環させる水路切替弁と、前記ガスエンジンにて駆動する交流発電機と、該交流発電機にて稼働するモータと、該モータで駆動され冷媒を圧縮するコンプレッサと、冷媒を熱交換するコンデンサと、前記第1ラジェータ側に設けられる第1ファンと、前記第2ラジェータ側に設けられる第2ファンとを備えた室外機を備え、暖房時には前記水路切替弁にて冷却水を前記第1冷却水循環流路に循環させ高温となる前記第1ラジェータから前記第1ファンにより前記コンデンサに高温の通過風を送り、前記コンプレッサで圧縮した冷媒を室内機に循環させ、
冷房時には前記水路切替弁にて前記第2冷却水循環流路に冷却水を流す構成とし、
前記ガスエンジンの出力による前記交流発電機による余剰電力を外部に供給してなることを特徴とするガスエンジン冷暖房装置。 - 請求項1に記載のガスエンジン冷暖房装置において、前記第2ファンは前記第2ラジェータへの通過風の方向変換ができることを特徴とするガスエンジン冷暖房装置。
- 請求項2に記載のガスエンジン冷暖房装置において、前記第2ファンは、複数の羽根を有し、各該羽根は、回転方向に沿う中間に平板で且つ回転方向に沿って傾斜する羽根中央部が形成され、該羽根中央部の回転方向両端に回転方向に沿って傾斜する羽根端部が形成され、両該羽根端部の迎い角は同一であると共に前記羽根中央部の迎い角よりも小さく設定されてなることを特徴とするガスエンジン冷暖房装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のガスエンジン冷暖房装置において、ECUと、TCUとを備え前記ガスエンジンと、前記ECUと、前記交流発電機との集合体をパワーユニットとして第1筐体に収納され、前記モータと、前記コンプレッサと、前記コンデンサと、前記第1ラジェータと、前記第1ファンとの集合体をコンプレッサユニットとして第2筐体に収納される構成とし、前記第1筐体と前記第2筐体との間には前記第1冷却水循環流路が連続して設けられてなることを特徴とするガスエンジン冷暖房装置。
- 請求項4に記載のガスエンジン冷暖房装置において、前記第1筐体は一台備え、前記第2筐体は前記第1冷却水循環流路を介して並列配置されてなることを特徴とするガスエンジン冷暖房装置。
- 請求項4に記載のガスエンジン冷暖房装置において、前記第1筐体は一台備え、前記第2筐体は前記第1冷却水循環流路を介して並列配置され、それぞれの前記第2筐体は複数台の前記室内機を、冷媒流路を介して並列配置されて備えられてなることを特徴とするガスエンジン冷暖房装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のガスエンジン冷暖房装置において、前記モータは直流モータとし、前記交流発電機と前記モータとの間に適正な電力を供給する制御器が設けられてなることを特徴としたガスエンジン冷暖房装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のガスエンジン冷暖房装置において、前記モータは交流モータとしてなることを特徴とするガスエンジン冷暖房装置。
