本出願は、2020年11月27日に出願された韓国特許出願第10-2020-0163243号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は、本明細書の一部として含まれる。
Claims (9)
- バッテリーモジュールの一端と連結されるスイッチと、
前記スイッチと連結される抵抗部と、
前記抵抗部に印加される電圧を測定する電圧測定部と、
前記バッテリーモジュールと負荷との間に連結されるリレーと、
前記スイッチ及び前記リレーを短絡するように制御し、前記スイッチを短絡させた時点から基準時間の間に前記電圧測定部が測定した電圧の変化量である測定変化量に基づいて前記リレーの状態を診断するコントローラと、を含むリレー状態管理装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記リレーが開放された状態で、前記スイッチを短絡させた時点から基準時間の間に前記電圧測定部が測定した電圧の変化量である第1基準変化量と前記測定変化量とを用いて前記リレーの状態を診断する、請求項1に記載のリレー状態管理装置。
- 前記コントローラは、前記測定変化量が前記第1基準変化量に所定の割合を掛けた値以上であれば、前記リレーの状態を故障と診断し、前記測定変化量が前記第1基準変化量に所定の割合を掛けた値未満であれば、前記リレーの状態を正常と診断する、請求項2に記載のリレー状態管理装置。
- 前記抵抗部は、直列に連結される第1抵抗及び第2抵抗を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のリレー状態管理装置。
- 前記電圧測定部は、前記第2抵抗に印加される電圧を測定する、請求項4に記載のリレー状態管理装置。
- 前記スイッチは、前記バッテリーモジュールの正極端子と連結される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のリレー状態管理装置。
- バッテリーモジュールと抵抗部との間に連結されるスイッチ及び前記バッテリーモジュールと負荷との間に連結されるリレーを短絡するように制御し、前記抵抗部に印加される電圧を測定する段階と、
前記リレーを短絡するように制御し、前記スイッチを短絡させた時点から基準時間の間に前記測定した電圧の変化量である測定変化量に基づいて前記リレーの状態を診断する段階と、を含むリレー状態管理装置の動作方法。 - 前記測定した電圧の変化量である前記測定変化量に基づいて前記リレーの状態を診断する段階は、前記リレーが開放された状態で、前記スイッチを短絡させた時点から基準時間の間に前記抵抗部に印加される電圧の変化量を測定して獲得された第1基準変化量と前記測定変化量とを用いて前記リレーの状態を診断する段階と、を含む、請求項7に記載のリレー状態管理装置の動作方法。
- 前記リレーが開放された状態で、前記スイッチを短絡させた時点から基準時間の間に前記抵抗部に印加される電圧の変化量を測定して獲得された前記第1基準変化量と前記測定変化量とを用いて前記リレーの状態を診断する段階は、前記測定変化量が前記第1基準変化量に所定の割合を掛けた値以上であれば、前記リレーの状態を故障と診断し、前記測定変化量が前記第1基準変化量に所定の割合を掛けた値未満であれば、前記リレーの状態を正常と診断する、請求項8に記載のリレー状態管理装置の動作方法。
