Claims (4)
- 移動相が流れる分析流路と、
前記移動相中に試料を注入するインジェクタと、
前記分析流路上における前記インジェクタの下流に設けられ、前記移動相中に注入された試料中の成分を分離させるための分離カラムと、
前記分離カラムにより分離された成分のピークを検出するための検出器と、
前記検出器の下流において前記検出器により検出されるピークを捕集容器に分画して捕集する複数のフラクションコレクタと、
前記検出器の出口と前記複数のフラクションコレクタとの間に介在し、前記検出器の出口に接続するフラクションコレクタを前記複数のフラクションコレクタのうちで切り替える切替バルブと、
前記複数のフラクションコレクタ及び前記切替バルブの動作を制御するためのコントローラと、を備え、
前記コントローラは、前記検出器の出口に接続されている使用中のフラクションコレクタの残りの未使用の捕集容器の数が2以上の整数であるバッファ数を下回った場合に、前記使用中のフラクションコレクタがピークの捕集動作を実行していない時間帯に前記切替バルブを切り替えるように構成されている、分取液体クロマトグラフ。 - 前記コントローラは、前記使用中のフラクションコレクタが前記捕集動作を実行している間に前記未使用の捕集容器の数が前記バッファ数を下回った場合に、前記使用中のフラクションコレクタが実行している前記捕集動作が完了した直後に前記切替バルブを切り替えるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の分取液体クロマトグラフ。
- 前記コントローラは、ユーザにより設定された2以上の整数を前記バッファ数として記憶する記憶部を備えている、請求項1又は2に記載の分取液体クロマトグラフ。
- 前記コントローラは、前記検出器からの出力信号に基づいて作成されるクロマトグラムのピーク波形に基づいて各ピークの開始点及び終了点を検出し、検出した各ピークの開始点及び終了点に基づいて前記複数のフラクションコレクタ及び前記切替バルブの動作を制御するように構成されている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の分取液体クロマトグラフ。
